I hadn't washed my home in the 4 years I had been living in it. I got Jimmy's card from my community mailbox area earlier in the summer, so I called him first. He's very pleasant and personable and had an estimate back to me the same day, despite having to deal with a personal family matter. He was able to set me up for an appointment the next week due to a cancellation, and I can't say how pleased I am with his work. My house looks absolutely amazing! Coincidentally in talking to my neighbor, she mentioned she also needed to get her home washed, so I gave her Jimmy's number and he washed her home on the very same day. It literally warmed my heart to hear he took care of her at the same time. The icing on the cake is the yard sign that he leaves showing that your home is "just washed". Across the board excellent service which for me equals a loyal customer. I highly recommend Jimmy and will certainly be using him for future services.

Patriot Softwash wash the entire outside of my house, and left it sparkling. The house was pretty dirty, especially on the stucco walls where the rain ran off the roof and splashed on the walls. I am preparing the house to sell it, and I was afraid that I would need to paint the entire exterior. After the Softwash, I don’t need to paint except a few spots where paint on the window sills was peeling. So I figure that Patriot Softwash saved me thousands of dollars by eliminating my need to paint. They did the Softwash in one day, going over some areas a few times to get it completely clean.
