They did a really great and thorough job pressure washing our home. Jimmy was able to schedule us right away, and he did a fantastic job making our home look new again! We were very impressed and would highly recommend his services. We will definitely be using him again in the future!

We hired Patriot Softwash to perform a softwash on our home and screened in porch. The home had been painted in 2015 and was showing build up of algae and dirt all around after 6 years. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! The appearance of the house is exactly as it was when we had it painted. Patriot Softwash took care of us through the whole process from providing a detailed estimate, follow up questions, scheduling and service delivery. We'll be using Patriot Softwash again!

We had Jimmy clean our filthy, brown roof and gutters. We have a lot of areas that stay shaded so therefore they take a long time to dry out after rain/snow. Jimmy was quick to answer emails/calls and was able to get our appointment made in a timely manner. He was very professional, personable and thorough. I appreciated that he cleaned up after himself and did not leave any debris behind. We will be using Jimmy again in the future. Thanks, Jimmy!

We were able to schedule a time to complete the job within the timeframe I needed and his communication was impeccable. He was thorough, conscientious, and backs his work 100%! Jimmy was awesome! Not only does my house look so so much he did my patio and rinsed all the pollen off my patrol car just because! His professionalism is off the charts. Patriot Softwash is THE BEST. Jimmy came out and pressure washed the exterior of our home, gutters, all concrete surfaces, and even my front porch and rockers. He did an excellent job and made sure I was totally satisfied with his work. He even came back a second time to rinse off the pollen for me and to do an extra scrub on our stubborn and filthy garage door with some special stuff because he wanted me to be happy with it. Came in the time frame. Taped off the items he said he would in his contract. House looks so much better! We had a bad experience with pressure washing in the past from different companies, so when we got new siding we looked into alternatives and discovered soft washing and we are very happy and will continue to use this company.

Patriot Softwash was a breath of fresh air! Jimmy responded to our inquiry immediately, scheduled an estimate the following day and worked with us to find the best time for service. He sent us a reminder the day before service, and showed up a few minutes early for the job. Before he began work, he taped up door knobs, security cameras, garage door locks! He was very thorough in washing our house, deck, walkway, and little storage house. He took care with flowers and shrubs, and took all the time he needed to do the job well! We felt like he truly appreciated our business- such a nice change! He was professional from the first call to the emailed receipt following payment. We will absolutely call on him again and would recommend him to everyone in need of house cleaning.

Before we put our house on the market we hired Patriot Softwash to clean our roof. It was in good shape but had some discolorations/streaking and we were afraid it would scare off buyers.
