The company is professional, respectful, affordable, and provides service men who do excellent work. Mr James Mayo is very good and talented at fixing what needs fixing.

They were wonderful and did a great job. We were not able to be on site while the work was being done. But when we saw the completed work it was 100% according to the quote in regard to design, quality and workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

When you see this company just keep scrolling to somewhere else. I just needed a drywall job. The guy showed up and cut the hole and it took under 30 minutes. He told me he could patch the small hole back up in 45 minutes. He took over 3 hours and made a mess all over my living room floor and furniture. He also came unprepared and had to leave and go to the store to get more supplies. There was white dust all over everything and white dust smeared all over my floors. I asked him why did you say it would take 45 minutes and told him he made a mess all over my house. He stated they will give you a discount and left. I paid $550 for this terrible service. I spoke with the manager and he stated that he would adjust my payment for my trouble and then when I followed up with him he said you were already given a discount. He lied to me. He knew the service was terrible but didn't keep his word. The dry wall job isn't that great either. It all felt like I was scammed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It was the worst experience I have ever had. So if you pay this company in good faith for a service they will rob you even when they know the service was poor and unacceptable. Mr. Handyman is the worst!!! Don't use them in your home . They have no integrity to do the right thing for the customer. They robbed me of $550 but lost credibility!!!!!

Love the work, workers and customer service. James and Bo did what four other contractors could not do in one day. They both offered suggestions freely. My father told me you get what you pay for, and they were well worth it. The only con I have is the billing. They charge by the hour, and I had to pay extra because the job was not completed the same day. This is difficult for me because I live on a fixed income. If I have a big project that I want done right the first time, I will use them.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Handyman. We reached out to them for an estimate to tile our half bath after a water leak. They came out to assess the job and assured us that we would have an estimate by the end of last week. However, as the week passed and I didn’t hear anything, I followed up, only to be told they were still working on it. It’s been days since that conversation, and we still haven’t received any estimate. This lack of communication and follow-through is incredibly unprofessional. I’m very frustrated with how they've handled this process and will be seeking services elsewhere.

Communication and scheduling was quick and easy. Joe did a great job getting our cat shelves (lol yes, really) on the wall and helping me figure out the best configuration for them. They look fantastic. Would definitely use Mr. Handyman's services again!

Briley and Bailey from Mr. Handyman did an exceptional job installing a very fragile and expensive custom chandelier. The job was very challenging due to the custom ceiling mount and the fragile glass chandelier. They engineered a custom mount and successfully installed the chandelier. It looks GREAT!! Nobody else would take this job when I contacted them. Thank you Mr. Handyman and Briley and Bailey. I highly recommend them!

Very professional, knowledgeable & proficient. He didn’t leave until I was comfortable with the way the new tv operated. If a need arises, I will call Mr. Handyman again.

I have used Mr Handyman several times for all kinds of repairs from the fairly small (recently, caulking) to the much larger (replacing patio door) and have always been impressed with the quality and care of the work, the great staff support, and honest pricing. I had both James and Joe do work and was very pleased every time.

Briley came out on day one of the scheduled two day job. He was a few minutes early which I appreciated because usually you have to call and find out where someone is. He was very personable and eager to make sure the work was done properly and reviewed my plans for the work before starting. I really appreciated that. Check, day one insulation done under the house. Day two Briley and John arrived on time again! Yeah me! They started installation of attic stairs. It was nice for me to experience them working together as a team. Briley being newer meshed well with John and his 15 years of experience. They had a clear respect for one another. You don’t see that very often with someone who has seniority and someone new on the block. Check, day two attic stairs and rebuilding of shelves complete! I am so thrilled with the work done and the quality and care that was given while doing the work and while in my home. I would definitely ask them to come back and do any other jobs for me that I might need done. They were affordable and reasonable for the job I asked them to do!
