A few years ago we had our deck replaced with a screened porch and in the process some of the corner siding on the house where the deck originally sat was damaged. This was during the supply-chain-issues part of the pandemic so our contractor wasn't able to find a replacement at the time.

The weather was getting nice again and we were spending more time outside so we decided to try and get this taken care of for summer, and Briley and Paul with Mr Handyman was able to help us! They knocked this out in a half hour with skill, speed, humor, and courtesy. I'm so impressed and pleased with the work!

I am completely satisfied with the work Mr. Handyman of NE Raleigh did at my house. I needed the rubber surface on a covered breezeway replaced and some wood rot fixed. I was a little concerned when it took about a week to get the estimate, but once the work started everything went smoothly. Our service pro, Joe B., was experienced and displayed sound workmanship. I also give him and his assistant high marks for attention to detail and clean-up. Overall, a job well done!

If I could give Steve and Mr. Handyman 6 stars, I would. I'm so impressed with the work ethic, professionalism, courtesy, and end result of the job I booked with you guys. I knew my project (wooden gate repair) was going to be a bit of a doozy, but Steve accepted the challenge, took his time, and maintained a positive attitude the entire time... and it shows in his work. He also pushed through a long job when could have stopped and returned (leaving us with a half finished gate), and we're so thankful for his persistence. We will absolutely use you guys again for the next project.

We had a great experience with Mr. Handyman’s Service professional, Joe Biggs! The response to our request was very timely, Mr. Biggs was on time and professional, the work was done perfectly, and he even took care of areas that needed repair that we hadn’t noticed. He explained everything he was going to be doing and was courteous, professional, and took great pains to make sure that everything was right. He even showed us some tips on basic homeowner maintenance that we hadn’t thought of. Cost was fair and the breakdown of the invoice was very transparent. We will definitely be using his services again. So nice to find such a reliable conscientious handyman!

"Ricky" was my Mr. Handyman technician. He was polite, professional, courteous, competent, efficient, and effective in his mannerisms and his work. I felt comfortable alone in my house with him. He worked diligently without wasting time and probably money. As a neat freak, I appreciate his leaving my work spaces clean. I am very grateful for Resources for Seniors for referring me to Mr. Handyman and for Mr. Handyman for assisting me with a quick appointment and purchase of items I needed to be added to my bill, which was reasonable. I had a piece of siding that popped out during a recent storm, and I needed it to be put back into place. Mr. Handyman of NE Raleigh quickly responded to my inquiry with a competitive quote and they were able to schedule my work within a few days. They came out as scheduled and repaired the siding for the quoted price.

Great communication with scheduling department. Able to hang a shutter that had blown off our house within a week of my request. Service member arrived at the house on time and rehung the shutter in a timely fashion. No issues, we would hire again for other projects.

This was the third time we have used Mr Handyman for work Installation. This time we had self closing hinges replaced on our kitchen cabinets. The technician, James, was excellent in his work and in his discussion of the challenges in this project. I have no doubt that I will use Mr Handyman on any type of work like this again.

We hired Mr. Handyman of NE Raleigh to reinstall a garbage door and tighten a cabinet door for a client of ours and their service technician, Joe, did an excellent job. O had a lot of questions and the person I communicated with was specific, quick, and friendly. The two people who came to do the work were wonderful! They came on time, were able to use the materials we already had for the repair, and the work was perfect! We built our house and can say with certainty the doors they repaired have never worked this well. They even did a quick touch up on something that wasn’t connected to this project.

I can’t say enough good things about this team. They took on a huge project for me, including repairing two walls with significant termite damage and completely replacing the tile in my shower. When drywall had to be replaced, they even went the extra mile and painted the interior wall so everything looked seamless and finished.

Every technician (Billy, James, Joseph, Beau, etc) I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. I was honestly nervous going into a project of this size, but their level of care, communication, and consideration immediately put me at ease.

I'm an out of town invester and had some major damages done to my property in Raleigh due to unfortunate circumstances. We coordinated repairs over the phone and I couldn't be more happy with the results. They treated my property like it was their own. Very responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. Trying to coordinate work to be done living long distance is a big challenge and they made the whole experience a pleasant one. I'm looking forward to doing more work with them in the future. I'll include pictures if I can of the balcony repair and interior flooring/painting work they did for me.

I was referred to James by my father who has used Patriot Softwash and had great results. Our house had not been cleaned in about 5 years and I cannot believe how clean it is now. Since it was cleaned I have had friends tell me they thought we had it painted it looks so clean. Completely impressed and satisfied and will definitely call James again.

We had Patriot Softwash come out and clean our house this past June before my daughters graduation party. To be honest we neglected it way too long and I wasn’t really sure how it would turn out.
