Bruce is very efficient, pleasant and professional. He did a wonderful job on our carpets and I would definitely recommend this

We just purchased a new home and had a few rooms that needed cleaned. Called Total Care Carpet Cleaning and Bruce was was able to get me in fast! Bruce arrived on time and got his equipment set up fast. He explained everything he was doing and how long the carpet needed to dry. Bruce is VERY thorough and is reasonably priced! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Decided last minute to get our carpets done for Thanksgiving & was lucky enough to get Bruce's last appointment. He came yesterday & this morning our old carpet looks AMAZING! He took the time to give instructions & tips to improve outcome & so grateful we followed them & so grateful we called him!!!

We have pets and the stains that come with pet ownership. We got the enzyme treatment to help with the stains. Our carpets look great! I highly recommend Total Care Carpet Cleaning.

Bruce did a fantastic job on my move out clean and told me how to maintain the carpet up to me leaving the house. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. He even offered to show up early even though I couldn't. I know there are a lot of businesses in the area, but if you want it done right the first time with great service, then Total Care is for you.

Avoid this particular branch at all costs. I had needs to have work done at my home which was due to sell. I had hired Mr. Handyman to replace 3 shingles, to have a certified plumber empty my hot water heater, and to pressure wash a concrete pad out back.

The company neglected to schedule me the first time despite giving me a date and time thus leading it to look like a "no call no show". The company then proceeded to actually schedule me but for days later. The workers they sent out didn't read the work order ahead of time other than "roof repair and pressure washing". I had to reiterate the hot water heater drainage and was told "Oh, I don't know how to do that. I'll look it up online" by one of their workers. That's a problem considering my buyers required (and I emphasized this to their scheduler) a licensed plumber to do so. So I cancelled that request and told them to focus on the roof repair and the pressure washing.

The pressure washer equipment wasn't working properly. The one worker working on the pressure washing came and told me about the issues with it. The initial request wasn't completed due to this and my concrete patio had marks all over that weren't there before due to the pressure issue. I was still charged pretty much full price for this service when I shouldn't have been charged at all. After coming out back at the request of one of the workers to check the concrete, I started heading back into the house. The other worker neglected to look and threw a stack of asphalt roofing shingles off of my roof which conveniently landed on my head as I was walking into my home. This negligence gave me a mild concussion and caused me to lose a day of work. I was diagnosed at an urgent care two days later. I spoke to the owner of this branch and informed him of my concerns the day after the "repairs". He advised he will speak to one of his customer representatives and will give me a call back. Well, I haven't received a phone call back and I can't seem to get ahold of anyone at that company now. So the video of the incident and the medical records from my urgent care visit are with my lawyer now.

I was quoted $691 for up to 4 hours of work. The workers tried charging me $688 for 2.5hrs of work and a half-assed job.
They ultimately charged me $588 which is still way too much for the lack of work they did. I'd love to see $288 of that back despite being injured at my property by their negligence.

Avoid at all costs.

Friendly technicians, tidy and efficient service. Front office personnel was friendly and professional as well.

Joe was very professional, experienced and nice. He installed a few light fixtures including a ceiling fan and some handy work needed.

I had what I thought was a defective window and asked Mr. Handyman to replace it. They came with another window that someone had painted green. But when they took out the window, they found out there was nothing wrong with it, even though water had leaked through it last summer. They installed some pieces on the roof to divert water away from the window. The final bill was just over half the price of replacing the window. I was pleased with their honesty and ingenuity.

I highly recommend Mr. Handyman! I needed some stuff done around my house and Joe did an excellent job. I felt like the quote I received was very good & fair. Will def be using them again for any of my household needs.

My husband & I are very pleased with our floor replacement. From start to finish everything was done with courtesy & professionalism.

Technician, Paul (& Bo) called ahead of arrival and was on time. They removed their shoes at the door inside of the house and were very polite and professional. Paul took the time to ask the location of where to install 2 Grab Bars inside the tub shower and explained how the work needed to be done. He was patient and considerate in answering all of my questions. Invoice was emailed soon after job was completed. I appreciate the manner in which the service was performed!

We were very happy with the service today: from the appointment set up with Audrey to the promptness of Joe & the time he took to review the problem & go over our options with us- will definitely be using this service again!

Joe and Beaugh were great! Extemely knowledgable and professional service. They arrived on time and did the work in a timely manner. And even came in under budget (about $400 less than quoted)! Would definitely use this service again for any home repair needs.

I called Mr. Handyman for my second service with them. This time it was to mount two cameras, one was on vinyl which I was worried about doing myself. Todd Nichols came early, he did such a fantastic job and also was just so detailed with his explanations (especially with my vinyl siding). He really helped me find the best angles for my cameras as well. He also checked on a few other things for me, one thing being an issue with a leak near the roof. I was amazed he just pulled a tall ladder out of his truck and climbed up to inspect it. I've literally had roofing contractors/and inspectors come out here who didn't check the physical roof saying they didn't need to and probably found it too much of a hassle. But not him, he just did it like a pro, and he discovered some issues up there and wrote it down for the roofing people to fix. He is just so incredible and clearly goes above and beyond, he deserves a raise! So happy with his services!

Ricky from Mr handyman did a fantastic job fixing the drywall in our ceiling in Rolesville from water damage. We’re looking to hire them for more work. Great job!
