Was needing to get my entire house carpet cleaned. I contacted Total Care Carpet Cleaning to get a quote and a time frame. They were very responsive and priced well. They were able to fit me in just two days later. He did a fantastic job and knocked it out pretty quickly as well. Would recommend them to anyone needing their carpets done and would 100% use them again.

This review will be a little different as I did not use Total Care's actual cleaning services, but I did talk with Bruce about cleaning some old carpet. I own a 25 year old home turned rental property with the original carpet. Bruce took considerable time to discuss my best options regarding cleaning the existing carpet or laying new flooring. I even sent him photos for him to review. After our discussion and looking at the photos, he explained fully what he could and couldn't do. We came to the conclusion that for my particular situation, it would be best to go with new flooring. Bruce is very knowledgeable, professional, and very honest. I'm honestly disappointed I wasn't able to do business with him at this time. I assure you I would have if cleaning had been an option! If you're looking for an honest, reliable, very reasonably priced carpet cleaner, this is your company and guy! I very much appreciated his thorough assessment and honesty. Many thanks!

Fantastic job on heavily soiled bedroom carpet that had repeat pet staining in multiple areas! Owner Bruce does all cleanings himself, very friendly, knowledgeable & takes time to explain everything in detail. Once Bruce arrived & was able to see the areas of concern he was upfront & honest about the difficulty with treating pet soiled carpets & the possibility of the staining returning depending on how deep into the carpet/padding it went (carpet cleaning machines can extract dirt/stains only so deep). I appreciated Bruce’s honesty. My carpets looked sooo good after the cleaning that I admittedly was bummed that the staining could possibly return, but it’s been a little over a month now & I’m ecstatic to report the stains have not returned! Cleaning was a little pricier than anticipated. Had a large bedroom, average sized loft area & small hallway cleaned. But I chose to add the pet treatment (removes urine/feces scent to discourage pet from re-soiling) which was an additional cost. Very pleased with how clean my carpets look & feel. Would highly recommend Bruce with Total Care to anyone looking for a thorough carpet cleaning from an honest & friendly professional!

Absolutely fantastic experience. He fit me in on the day that was most convenient for me. He was on time, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were only doing a staircase and landing, but I asked him about an area rug and he was like “no problem” he knocked them both out in like 30 minutes and they look fantastic! We hired Bruce to clean our carpet and our Bassett couches. Our couches look new again, they really do! When my wife and I saw the level of care he had put into his work I was blown away. Most people come and just get the job over with not Bruce he did it right the first time. He even cleaned our bedroom carpet twice since we have dogs. His prices are extremely reasonable and fair. If you need any cleaning this is the guy, we will definitely be a return customer.
