Jax from frost fire is top notch at what he does. Our inducer motor went out in our furnace and got the part ordered to repair two days later. He was great at communicating arrival time and was about getting the job done upon arrival. I will reach out again if I have any future hvac issues.

Technician Jax was awesome. He arrived when he said he would, he greeted me professionally, immediately got to work, explained what he found and what he was doing to correct it, quickly made the necessary changesm and tested each of the three thermostats to ensure the furnace controller fix would be used by the thermostats.

Jax was my technician and when I tell you he was friendly fast and informative and went above and beyond for me and my family today. He came to my house even after an extremely long day at 11:45p because my home was 85 degrees and unbearable. He could have put it off until Monday but he went the extra mile and worked when nobody else would and because of that Jax is who I will request any time we need a technician. Highly recommend.
