Yay! Finally decided on a new 17,000BTU mini split… so nice and toasty… and fast! Thanks to Paul @ HVAC Impact Heating & Cooling!

I was recently introduced to Paul by a good friend. Working with Paul has been a pleasure and very fair pricing also. He and assistant Russ did everything…. Including giving me input on the mini split options I was considering before purchasing. Communication was great too… something important to me.

I didn’t lift a finger at all. They moved what needed moving and put it all back. Cleaned up inside and out… no sign they were even here! Even took the big boxes and all the packing stuff away without me asking. Those little things matter too.

If you need a great affordable alternative for new heat/AC, consider a mini split! This is replacing the big ole monster AC/heat pump that died a few years ago. Wish I’d thought to do this much sooner. Spent about 1/10th of what a traditional system costs (including installation). And also, mini splits are nice on the power bill as it’s so easy to zone heat and cool.

It’s a priority for me to always look for other small business folks like me and glad that we crossed path by happenstance. Thanks Paul! I appreciate what you and Russ did for me and Rufus!

Cannot rave about this company enough! Our A/C broke, they were here promptly and had it back on track in record time! Very professional and would definitely recommend them to family and friends!!

They was on time and very professional. They unclogged my dryer vent in less than 30 minutes and that is good cause it was clogged all the way to the roof . They did an excellent job and the price was resonable.

My kitten got stuck in the air duct and no one was willing to help me except Pappys. They came out immediately and fixed my duct where we had to cut it. I will be using them for all future services

Called a little over an hour prior to appointment time and said he was running ahead of schedule, would it be ok to come early....for sure, by all means! Turned out to be a loose connection and a minimal charge which I was grateful for as we have all dealt with those that would have been glad to take advantage of that situation. On time, competent and honest, can't ask for much more than that.

Woke up in the middle of the night to no AC....ugh. Called Pappy's first thing in the morning and by 1:00 repaired. Very happy with their entire team.

Pappy's is a local guy in Joco. He's honest, fair, and knows his stuff. A lot of the time they can service you same day!! Pappy's treats you right!!

We spent about 3 weeks working with an incompetent company trying to fix our heat. Pappy's diagnosed and fixed the problem in 4 hours. They also showed up the same day. Professional and pleasant.
