Fantastic service! Our system wasn't blowing air, came out the next day and fixed it for us! Brian was on time, very polite and he literally tip toed around so he wouldn't wake the baby! From initial phone call to service and repairs this was easy, smooth and pleasurable experience. We WILL NOT call anyone else for hvac repairs. Pappy's heating and air 10 star review! We didn't have heat. Pappy's was able to come over immediately and solved the problem caused by a crawlspace technician that inadvertently turned off the furnace.

We are very Grateful and Thankful for Pappy's HVAC Company after our recent service call. Our AC went out the night before and our house reached an uncomfortable 80 degrees. After an early morning service call to Pappys, they were on site in a mere matter of hours and were able to successfully diagnosis the issue and even had the correct replacement part on the truck that was needed to get our system back up and running. Pappy's team is courteous, professional, and very trustworthy. I have an annual maintenance contract with them. They are always on time (they actually set an arrival time, not a time period). If they move anything in the attic to get to the units, they replace them. Their fees are reasonable. You can't go wrong with Pappy's Heating & Air, Inc.

Techs came on time explained the issue of why my system was not heating to the thermostat setting, was able to replace the damaged part and complete winter PM. Great service! Thank you!

I had a Mitsubishi mini split installed in my shop. This was after 3 failed Mr Cool units. With Pappys I got a 12 year parts and labor warranty. This covers refrigerant also. This company is awesome from Kylie the secretary to Brian and Justin who do the installs and repairs.

We always try to use local small businesses. Pappy's is great!!!!!! They will not try to sell you something you don't need. Fast, efficient and friendly. They ordered a part that we thought was the problem when the part came in they showed up to install it but after review it turned out to be something else fixed the problem and saved us hundreds. Can’t praise Pappy’s enough. Justin and Brian recently installed a split system for our new sunroom and couldn’t be happier with the system and their installation. Highly recommend Brian and his crew. We had a high pressure coil fail and decided to purchase an entire new system as ours was builder grade junk almost 15 years old. Brian worked up three solid choices and we went with the top choice. We were advised of all possible rebates and tax credits. Brian and his crew showed up on time and ready to work the day of install. They protected my hardwood floors and the carpet. They worked all day and got it done in ONE day!
