As usual Flaming Ice service man was efficient, clean and helpful. That's why I use them to care for my heating and cooling systems.Needed service once again this week 8/5/25 called and they were here to help me out in no time. Super service, as quick as reasonable. You cannot find better anywhere. Oh, did I mention honest, too. Hire them.

My experience with Flaming Ice HVAC was outstanding! Starting from scheduling my appointment to service completion. The receptionist was friendly and verified the information I provided. I received a text alert informing me Travis was on the way. Travis, the owner, couldn't have been nicer or more friendly when he showed up. Once the work was completed, he explained the issue in detail. You can tell he is very knowledgable and passionate about his profession. He didn't try to sell or push additional repairs or services. I would recommend Travis and his company to friends or family. Cheers!

Flaming Ice Heating and Cooling is a great company that is professional, honest, and transparent. My first experience with Travis was this week when my air handler stopped working and we had no heat. He came out to help me with my problem and was extremely professional. He very patiently walked me through all the troubleshooting that he was doing and then provided me with options that met my personal budget and situation. He acted with complete transparency through the whole process and even offered continued support, way above and beyond what was required of him. He provided a level of personal service and kindness that is extremely rare in todays world. Because of that I am more than happy to recommend him to others looking for help.

I specifically went looking for a small minority business to support when we had our HVAC issues just this past Monday. $95.45 for the visit...ok cool. Travis showed up and commenced with his testing. He then stated that we needed two items repaired -Damper actuater and Dual run capacitor. He quoted us around $700 for the repair. After I discussed with my husband, he decided to do his own research and proceeded to do his own inspection based off of the research and what Travis said. One item was found to be $20 and the other $150 at most. So he wanted to charge over $500 for labor? Mind you, Travis said he didn't know the costs of the parts and it seemed as though he was the owner of said small business. That was bizarre to us. My husband received the $20 part this afternoon and replaced ONLY that part (which was clearly dammaged). It took him no more than 5 minutes. Upon my husband's additional research, the damper actuater which cost $150 was running just fine. He actually said two of the damper actuaters were not working. Overall, I believe that because we lived in a nice neighborhood (gated community) he tried to get over on us.

Travis saved the day again. Heater died on coldest night of the year ... he came out next day to fix heater, works fine. And very importantly, Travis' service rates are the fairest I've seen, compared to other hvac companies I've used in past. Great person, great rates, great service - cannot ask for more.

Travis responded and fix our emergency issue with our AC quickly, efficiently, and professionally. This guy understands what makes great customer service so 5+ Stars for a VERY well done job. Travis always finds a way to resolve my issues the same day and I love that he provides very detailed explanations of the services. The technicians that work with him are very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend!

We contacted Flaming Ice Heating and Cooling because our AC had stopped working overnight. They scheduled us for same day service and their crew arrived on time. Travis and his helper were friendly, respectful and professional. They quickly figured out the problem and explained it to me in a way that could understand clearly. They asked for my approval before proceeding and were able to fix the AC without delay. They also gave us some information about our filters and system maintenance without pressuring us about anything. I feel good about the quality of service we received and will definitely contact them for any heating and cooling needs we may have in the future.

Techs Travis and Deshaun came to our house to replace the blower motor. They were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I had issues with the HVAC system at the house I just purchased in Flowers. The heat wasn’t keeping up, and the third-floor vents were blowing more hot air when the system was off than the second floor was when it was on. Travis and Deshaun came out the same day I called and went straight to work. They quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted me, and left to get the parts. They returned that same day with the part and made the repair.

This made a huge improvement, but Travis thought there might still be other issues. They stayed to look at my other thermostats, but unfortunately we had to leave for dinner plans. Travis told me he would come back—and he did. They diagnosed that the previous owner had wired the thermostats incorrectly for heat pumps, which was causing the emergency heat to turn on. Long story short, it was costing a lot of money and still wasn’t keeping up when it got really cold.

Once again, Travis went to work and fixed the issue. Now my house is comfortable, warm, and evenly heated. The next day, he even called to check on how everything was, including my daughter’s room above the garage, which tends to have a cold floor.

I would highly recommend Travis and Flaming Ice Heating and Cooling to anyone having HVAC issues.

They undercut several HVAC businesses prices in the area. Glad I went with them!

Jonathan was fantastic at coming by immediately when we lost heat during the winter and stayed late into the darkness to get everything installed that day.

A few months later the unit was having trouble keeping up with the summer heat. After I texted him he came by the next day, fixed the issue with the unit, and got the house cooled again.

They stand by their work, and have been great to work with. We will be using them once we finish our home to install an additional unit for the upstairs.

Great company with great service! Have used Quality First 3 summers in a row and every time they are able to fix our A/C system for a very reasonable price. Had a great experience with Quality First. They were very responsive and came out to look at our A/C unit within an hour of calling. The following day they replaced the unit at a very reasonable price and were punctual with good communication throughout. Really appreciated working with these guys!
