Stephen takes the time to explain any problems and how he will fix it. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. It is very clear that he is doing what needs to be done to repair and/or maintain, but not to drive up the cost or do unnecessary things. He has more than earned my business.

Heat pump failed over the weekend. Stephen was the only one who responded in a timely fashion. Within four minutes, he was able to diagnose the problem. He didnt stop there, as there couldve been other issues that need addressing (in fact there was). He replaced the fuse and then repaired and secured the wire that caused the issue in the first place. We were with heat within the next few minutes.

Would definitely recommend him in the future and I already have plans for him to replace my ducts and re-evaluate our current state. Thanks, Stephen!

After calling several HVAC companies on a Sunday afternoon for someone to repair our AC, and getting no response, a friend of mine suggested I call Aire Apparent. They called me back right away and was at my home that same day within a few hours! VERY professional and trustworthy. Even got a text later that evening to make sure everything was running ok with our AC. Customer Service was above and beyond! We will definitely use them again for any of our HVAC needs! Highly Recommend. Was a 5 star experience!

We highly recommend Aire Apparent! When you're without heat or air, you're desperate for a response. Stephen and his staff are extremely responsive! They thoroughly explain their observations and offer multiple options. When we thought we needed to replace our entire unit ($$$), Stephen offered us options to maintain our unit that bought us an extra 3 years. Considering the cost of a new unit, an extra 3 years was priceless!! We continue to recommend Stephen Myers and Aire Apparent to all of our friends and family!

Our HVAC went out on a Friday evening and my regular guy who was swamped couldn’t get to us until Monday morning. I saw this company highly recommended on local FB groups. I called and spoke with Stephen. I was panicking because I have a daughter with medical conditions that are easily triggered by heat. I explained to him what was going on, and he immediately knew the issue. He even offered to walk us through temporarily fixing the issue until we could get the part replaced this way we did not have to pay a weekend emergency fee. We followed his instructions and were able to make it through the weekend. You can tell he really cares about helping.

We had Stephen with Aire Apparent come out when our AC stopped working. We were hot and he came out to fix everything super fast which was nice. We were so pleased that we hired him to install ducts and a new HVAC system when we finished off our bonus room, bedroom and bathroom upstairs. He was dependable, professional and his quality of work was exceptional. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to work on my HVAC system.

Driss is awesome! Very professional, courteous, timely, and understanding. He diagnosed our heating issue on our old unit, which had been needing to be replaced for quite some time. He worked with our home warranty to pick up our new unit that was ordered, delivered it promptly and installed it. The new unit had issues with the components inside, so he personally came back 2 separate times over the next day to provide new parts that he had to travel multiple places to pick up. The install was quick after that, and our heating/cooling is working great. Thanks again for your help Driss!

Driss is the best! He genuinely cares for his customers. Very responsive and quick in evaluating the issue with my thermostat in my primary home. Recently just had an issue with my rental property HVAC unit on Memorial Day weekend and he saved the day for my tenants. Unit needed a new compressor and installation went very smoothly. A+ service! I cannot say enough about Comfort Zone Mechanical LLC. I called on a Saturday evening around 7pm and Mr Abdous responded to me while working on a job, he told me he could be here in about 30 minutes. He was responsive, professional and very knowledgeable had my a/c working in no time. I will call them from now on with an a/c or heating problem. Did I mention very reasonable on the price.

Driss, from Comfort Zone was professional and on time. It was a Wednesday morning call and he was able to get over to my house and diagnose the problem. It needed a part and Driss ordered it and fixed it. I would definitely call him again if I have any issues.

Driss was great! He returned my called right away and came to our house in 25mins, on a Saturday! He identified the problem quickly and attempted to make the repair without having to order parts (saving us money). Unfortunately after he left, the AC turned off again, called him back and he was able to get the part and come right back and fix the problem. His prices are reasonable and he is very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and gave small helpful tips on how to be more energy efficient with the blinds. He addressed exactly what was on hand and didn’t try to push us to fix unnecessary things or offer us anything extra. I would definitely recommend Driss.
