My family and I are extremely grateful to Driss from Comfort Zone Mechanical. My AC unit went out in the middle of a 98-degree day. Driss answered my call and, with short notice, headed over to my home. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and had my AC up and running. Driss was extremely nice, very knowledgeable, and thorough. I appreciate how responsive he is and his willingness to answer all my questions. Driss is highly knowledgeable and truly committed to serving his customers needs. We called him on a Saturday afternoon after our heat wasn’t working properly, he was able to show up with an hour, diagnose the issues that our home warranty company missed, and provide us estimates first thing Monday. He was able to get the house to hear back up and walked us through all the testing and pictures he took and he took time to explain to my wife and I how everything worked in with our system as well as his recommendations. His quotes were fair and cheaper than quotes we received from previous companies. He has been very responsive to questions we’ve had since he came out.

So thankful for Driss. Our AC went out and it’s 90 degrees outside! On a Saturday night of all times and he answered the phone and came straight to us even on a weekend and at 8pm! Such a nice guy and he found the issue quickly and had it back up and cooling in no time. We really appreciate it and he will have our business from now on!

Very responsive and fast service. Our upstairs AC unit stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. When I called I received same day service for a reasonable price. We will continue using Comfort Zone for our twice a year AC service.

I returned from a week long vacation to my house approaching 90 degrees. I called Comfort Zone Mechanical LLC at 9 am and Mr. Driss told me he would be out at 11 am. He then called back a short time later and said he can be here in 10 minutes (9:40 am). He showed up and went straight to work. Mr. Driss had me up and running with in a half an hour. He explained the work he did with pictures he had taken. Very professional and quick to respond! My family appreciated him on this 97 degree day especially my infant. His price was more than fair especially for an emergency call on a Sunday. He also called back later in the day to check in and see if everything was working as it should. I would recommend Comfort Zone to anyone. My AC stopped working for four days. The temperature in my house rose to 90 degrees. After numerous calls to receive service from different companies no one was available. I called Comfort Zone and I received service that same day and now my AC is working great. Bliss ( the owner ) did a wonderful job and after he left called later to see if everything was working okay. He was polite and considerate. This is the company to call.

My husband was the one that interacted with the service man and was pleased with all he had to do. Very thankful for him working us in by letting us know he was on our side of town and even coming back when we saw the text an hour later. Appreciate the promptness of getting everything done

Extremely vast response with communication and also with diagnosis and remedy of issue in my system on a Sunday. Reasonably priced and very courteous and respectful.

We had an excellent experience with Comfort Zone Mechanical, and especially with Driss. He was very professional, thorough, and worked with a true sense of urgency. We had originally been working with a different company through our warranty, but they left us without AC for 12 days. Once we pushed to change companies, we were assigned Comfort Zone Mechanical—and what a difference!

Driss contacted us right away, came out the next day (Saturday) to assess the situation, and by Monday he had purchased, delivered, and installed the new coil. Everything was done perfectly and with the highest level of professionalism. He walked us through the work, patiently answered all of our questions, and made sure we were completely satisfied. Driss @ Comfort Zone Mechanical was amazing!! Our furnace had been given us issues for a while but worked periodically. Driss came out and located the issue, repaired it and gave us a great price that was 20% less than any other HVAC company that I checked on. Driss is excellent. Our 5-year-old system had a leak in the attic coil. Driss diagnosed it, handled the logistics of picking up the warranty part, and performed a full install and recharge. What impressed me most was his integrity; there was a slight miscommunication regarding a distributor fee, and Driss absorbed the cost himself to honor our initial agreement. The system is working perfectly now in our Garner home. He is professional, punctual, and offers very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend his services to anyone in the Clayton and Garner areas. 5 stars!
