I have had the air conditioning and heating portion of my HVAC unit serviced by this company. On both occasions Craig promptly responded to my request for service. He accurately diagnosed the problem and quickly made the repairs. I am very pleased with the service received and highly recommend them. The rates are reasonable too!

I had a coil that had a slow leak on my air condition unit and was not cooling very well and needed a recharge of freon. I called HAVC and Refrigeration and Craig came out to my house with 1 or 2 hours and got my A/C up and running. I was very please with the response time, service, price, as well as the time that Craig spent relaying his knowledge and experience about air condition systems. Give him a call if you have any heating or A/C issues and i would recommend him and think you will be happy with Craig! 3-31-2020

Nothing but such a great experience, my AC wasn’t blowing cool air. I called and Craig was able to diagnose the issue right away. What I appreciated was that Craig took the time to actually show what my issue was (leaking coil). He immediately got on the phone and found the part I needed and it was fixed by the next afternoon. I cannot recommend his business enough!

Craig was awesome! I have found my HVAC specialist. He was able to come out twice for to fix 2 separate problems in a timely manner on the days that I reached out to him. He was also very friendly and informative. Never over complicated things. Would highly recommend! Thanks so much Craig!

We spent a full 24 hours in 80 degree heat in our home. I reached out to this company in the morning and Craig responded same day. He came out and literally found the issue in less than 10 minutes. Apparently it was something with the outside unit. Craig had an extra part with him and replaced it same visit. I was a little nervous because it took a while to cool down (he said it would take a little while) but once the temp went down my AC was blowing like never before. I think he was at my home for under an hour. He is affordable and professional as well. Hopefully I never have to, but I’d definitely call if I ever need him again!!

Being without AC in the middle of the dog days of summer is incredibly stressful. Bill and Shawn were absolute pros for the entire experience we had with them. From moving mountains to make sure we got our new unit in a timely matter, to being very honest with the answers to our questions, my wife and I both felt like we were the their most important clients. Bill even lent us two window units to use while we were with out air completely free of charge. If you are looking for a company will take your problem seriously and work to make sure it gets fixed then Air Velocity is the way to go.

We had a new HVAC Unit installed as well as all new duct work. Bill and Shawn were awesome; they worked hard and were finished in two days. They were professional, honest, polite and cleaned up the jobsite when they were finished. Bill gave us good pricing and told us of rebates, etc. And I appreciated them taking off their shoes when entering the house. We would highly recommend them, as we were extremely pleased with everything!!

Bill & Sean were wonderful to work with. They replaced our HVAC system, thermostat, and duct work. They were done on time, communicated well with us step by step. We had trouble, due to our lack of techy knowledge, with our thermostat. Bill came back out to further help us with that. Everything is great! Would highly recommend them to anyone needing system replacement or repairs.

We've used Bill's company for routine maintenance on our units and have always been pleased. He and his techs are always professional and never try for the sales pitch approach. They have always been knowledgeable, straight forward, and honest as well as reasonable pricing for any work done! We knew the life of our units was coming to an end so we contacted a couple other companies as well as Air Velocity just to get an idea of current prices. Once again Bill came out on top. We replaced both units outside as well as both the controlling units inside (up and down stairs). We were impressed with the effort to keep our house clean while they worked and clean up after they were done, their timely and professional manner, and to fix an issue with the upstairs controller that no other company had mentioned to us but could have voided the warranty on the new unit. Also his pricing is the best around and his and his tech's work is the best we've encountered! We'd highly recommend them to any one looking for routine maintenance right up to replacing their system!

Our upstairs heat pump finally gave up the good fight after 20 years of service. Shawn has always been our dependable AC man for many years. He and Bill came out to measure, gave us a fair quote, and installed a brand new unit. They are both talented professionals that work so well together to solve such technical problems. That team was fair, professional, and efficient. We are super pleased with every aspect of our new heat pump installation. We highly recommend them for all of your heating and air needs.

We were having issues with our heat pump not switching over and cooling down the house so I contacted Air Velocity. Bill and Shawn came out the next day to troubleshoot my existing system and we determined it’d be best to replace both units due to age and wear. Bill sent me some options that night and ordered the one we wanted the next day. When our new system came in, both Bill and Shawn removed the old units and got the new ones installed. They also replaced my inside thermostats and walked me through how to use the new system. They were both very professional and a pleasure to work with! I recommend this company to anyone in the area and will be using them for anything in the future.

Our AC stopped working right before Memorial Day weekend.Bill and Sean came out, diagnosed it, got it working temporarily through the weekend until our new one could be delivered and had it installed ASAP. From my initial call for service they were really great. Fully explained their diagnoses and recommendations for repair/replacement of our system. They arrived on time, were respectful of our home, did the work as agreed in our contract, cleaned after each days work- even vacuumed. Best of all did the job right the first time! I would certainly recommend them and will use them for any future work.

I was given Bill's name from a neighbor who had a very good experience with him. Our upstairs A/C went out (18 years old) and unfortunately needed to be replaced. Bill and Shawn were quick to come out, assess the situation, give me instructions to see if the unit would possibly work, etc. The system needed to be replaced...I gave Bill the "go ahead" after he sent me the estimate on Friday and they were out on Monday morning! In addition to neat, clean and orderly, both men were friendly, answered my many questions, worked efficiently and the home was up and running by late afternoon! Additionally, they loaned us a window unit to get my wife by in her studio! I highly recommend Air Velocity for your A/C needs!
