Chance did a great job as our service technician today. He was very efficient and made sure everything was taken care of before he left. He was also very kind and professional, and the whole process felt easy and stress-free! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service!

We had a fantastic visit from Carolina comfort on Friday. There was an issue with the thermostat so we replaced it and had another layer to the problem. I called them back today on Sunday and they were able to promptly fit us into the schedule the same morning. Ramsey came out and was able to get us up and running with the final fix without an extra charge and made a suggestion for prepping for the summer. I am happy for their business.

Carolina Comfort Air gave me exemplary service. They installed a new 2-stage Trane HVAC system with thermostat, upgraded ducts, plenums, and whole-house air filter. They also corrected my previous system’s poorly run furnace exhaust vent, and a badly installed dryer vent line and roof vent. Brooks originally estimated the job, recommending a couple of systems for my decision; his assessment was insightful and superior to those given by several other contractors I’d interviewed. Good equipment is only half the purchase; equally important is the excellence of installation. Jesse and Garcia were exceptionally professional in that work. Other contractors basically wanted to sell me hardware; Carolina Comfort gave me a solution tailored for my situation. I recommend them without reservation.

These guys are literally the best. Woke up this morning to no heat in my house and my unit not responding to any thermostat calls for heat. I called the emergency number and thankfully, they were able to send Ramsey out to fix it and have my heat back up by early afternoon. Ramsey was great. Professional, respectful, and happily answered any questions I had while completing the job. The lady who answered my phone call to schedule was awesome as well. So sweet and helpful with getting a tech to come out, especially when the weather was calling for snow later that day. I wish I remembered her name, so that I can give her a shout out too.This is the 2nd time I've had to use emergency services during the winter, and both times, Carolina Comfort Air was able to send someone out the same day and resolve the problem.

Ashton was great!!! He came out and was professional and felt very consultive. He told me “he loves it”, meaning his job. It’s a breathe of fresh air to hear that a technician loves their job and is very knowledgeable. I even had a zoom call at the time of service and he was so patient. Shot me straight about pricing and wasn’t pushy. Ashton is a great tech and highly recommended him to everyone.

Carolina Comfort Air replaced our old Lenox heat pump with a new Trane system. We could not be more satisfied with the whole experience with CCA.They were very professional, highly efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. Jacob, our consultant is a star!! He explained everything clearly so that we able to make an informed decision. Our installers, Terry, and Kajoen, and our electrician, Ross were outstanding. They are true professionals, and it was clear throughout that they knew their stuff!! We highly recommend Carolina Comfort Air, great company, even greater people.

Adrian R. and KJ were excellent! They put our system in flawlessly! They even stayed late to make sure everything was just perfect! They said they wanted to make sure that we had heat when we went to bed! They both need a raise they were fantastic. I would definitely use Caroline Comfort Air again. Also, I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

Not only did they do a great job installing our HVAC system downstairs and upstairs, they were very polite and respectful to our property. All of them had such a good manners and would always get the door for me and let me know when I had a package on the front step. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. We were new to the state and very hesitant of whom to go with, Now I can say with certainty that we made a great choice
