Theses guys are super professional!!!! I have been in the contracting business for over 30 years and needed a new AC unit for my home so I called Air Velocity... got a great price and the installation was flawless. I was very impressed by the owner Bill and his operation. Pricing was easy, gave 3 options, communication and on time performance was great, the technician was a real professional and careful with my home. . The owner was here because he wants every installation to be right and every customer to be satisfied. I without hesitation recommend Air Velocity!

Bill and Shawn came recommended by a friend of mine, and I could not be happier with the work they did! Great communication, top quality work and reasonable prices for the standard of work they delivered. I had a new unit installed as promised and the inspection done - all scheduled quickly and efficiently around my own work schedule.

Noticed issue with AC late one afternoon. Contacted Air Velocity and Bill immediately responded, was very pleasant and professional on the phone. Said he could have a tech out the next day. Shawn arrived within the timeframe stated to me. He was very courteous and asked questions and listened to my explanation of what had happened to my AC system. After diagnosing the issue, he explained which parts needed replacing even showing me pictures. Thankfully the main part needed was available and he returned later the same day and had my house cool again within 2 hours. Thanks Bill & Shawn for the prompt service and politeness.

We hired Air Velocity HVAC from Washington State to install a new furnace in our home in Clayton. We appreciated his responsiveness and experience, as we were on the fence to either repair or replace. In the end we chose to replace per Bill's guidance. The transaction was smooth and Air Velocity did exactly what they said they would do. Excellent service, we would highly recommend.

I just had a brand new heating and cooling system installed today by Air Velocity and it was a wonderful experience. Bill and Shawn installed everything (even my WiFi thermostats were installed and programmed). I can't say enough about the great service I received from Air Velocity. I called them for a quote on replacing a 32 year old heat pump and air handler. They responded quickly and provided me with 3 different options to fit my budget. Bill and Sean did all the work themselves and were both very knowledgeable, punctual and honest. They finished the installation in one day and were a pleasure to seal with from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for reliable heating and air services.

Air Velocity has consistently provided quality service to our HVAC system for the last 3 years. We recently had to replace our A/C unit (Original unit on the house that was 14 years old). Bill and Shawn at Air Velocity was able to provide a very reasonable and expeditious quote. Within 5 days of receiving the quote they were able to complete the project (Only 1 day due to their hard work). Throughout the entire process they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I called Air Velocity on a Friday morning because my AC wasn't working. Bill and Shawn came out that same morning and explained what the issue was in terms I could understand! Bill explained in detail what my options were for repairing or replacing the system in what I felt was a very honest and straight forward manner. No "hard sell" tactics at all. I chose to have them replace my system as it was an older unit and the new system came with a great warranty. They installed my new system the following Tuesday. Bill was punctual, honest and knowledgeable. I had rooms on my second floor that were hotter than others he advised me what needed to be done and followed through. He replaced my unit with the proper sized unit and saved me money on my power bill. I would highly recommend him to anyone as he came highly recommended to me.

I cannot recommend Bill highly enough! In the past 2 years he has replaced both my downstairs and upstairs units. He provided options and walked me through the pros and cons for each so I was sure I made the right decision on the unit I wanted. I have bee very happy with the choices and have had no issues. He was here just last week and, unrelated to the reason for the visit, identified a gas leak in the gas meter on my house. I was able to get that corrected with the gas company immediately. Wow, scary to think how long that would have continued had Bill not taken the time to investigate when he smelled it and alert me to the issue! Thank you is not enough!

Had another great experience with Bill and Shawn from Air Velocity. A friend recommended Bill 7 years ago when our heat pump failed. Bill came out and replaced it and we had no issues. This year our upstairs unit failed due to age. We immediately called Bill and Shawn to replace. When they came to install the unit, they repaired the broken step on the pull down ladder so that there would be no issues getting the new unit up in the attic. We had tried for years to find someone to fix that step! We had some trouble with figuring out the air flow upstairs between rooms so Bill came back to adjust the dampers and everything is now perfectly balanced.

We would highly recommend Air Velocity. Bill and Shawn are always professional, courteous, timely and contentious about your home. They speak to you in layman terms, they don't try to sell you something you don't need and take pride is providing quality workmanship and service. It is nice to find a honest business!!

First time having HVAC issues in the Clayton area. I called Air Velocity, and within hours of the call, they came out and had a quote for repair. With my unit being older, I opted for them to replace it. I like that it's just Bill (Owner) and Shawn (another licensed professional) that handle all their work. They are both easy to talk to and walk you through any questions you have. Would definitely recommend.

My A/C wasn’t working as efficiently as it used to and eventually went out. Bill came out and immediately identified the issue & gave me potential options along with his suggestions. He took time to explain what everything meant and the impact of my choice for each option in the future.
