Came out 4 times, was told my problem was solved on two seperate occasions. Finally after the second false"your good to go" (replaced a bad defraust board, didnt even see if it solved the problem just took my money and left....thinking the board itself might have been fine and was just scammed) I called kraig back out to hopefully find the actual problem. I was then told that he had no clue what the issue was and recommended another company. The "other" company found the problem in 20 mins by running a simple diagnostic test on the unit. A leaking coil was the issue, which I think could have a should have been addressed in one of the 4 visits i received from HVAC AND REFRIGERATION SPECIALIST. Only thing they specialize in is taking your money. I do not recommend anyone call or use this scammer company

Came home and the temperature was at 88°. Messaged Craig around 7:30pm he scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Within 30 minutes he had our AC working again for a very reasonable price. Wont be calling anyone else for our HVAC needs.

I had a wonderfully pleasant experience using this company last summer. They came out and repaired the a/c portion of my heat pump unit quickly although we were experiencing record heat. I have an older unit and was expecting the worst. However they were very knowledgeable and let me know that the issue with the unit was something that could be repaired without substantial cost. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

We started having issues with our heat pump after the warranty from the builder expired. Called the sub-contractor the builder used. They came out and so called "fixed it" only for us to have issues again a couple weeks later and want more money to come out.

Craig diagnosed the real issue, fixed it, and we are so pleased with the results. This company is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. Call them for any Of your HVAC and Refrigeration needs and you won't be disappointed .

Excellent service! We had issues with our water heater. He (Craig, the owner) replaced a defective condenser coil and recharged with refrigerant. Everything is working great and has been for a while. Nice to have quality work that stands the test of time.

Prompt, reliable and honest. Craig arrived to our home the same day we called for repair. It was a particularly cold morning and our upstairs unit stopped working. Within minutes of his arrival and checking unit out he had the heat pump operating again. Such a relief ! He also serviced my mother's unit and we have referred him to others as well.
