I had a good experience with comfort zone Mechanical LLC. I had my ac unit down and driss who is the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issue I had. He was fair enough in pricing and I really recommend him to anybody wants a magnificent service.

Great service from start to finish. I would like to say, I have called other places and no one wanted to come out in a reasonable time. I called Comfort Zone. NEXT day on site -on time. Inspection was solid and charged a very fair price for the service. I would highly recommended this business. They are fair, honest with no b/s and that's exactly how I like to do business! Driss was nothing short of amazing! I CANNOT stress how professional, caring, efficient and intentional he has been. My words will simply do no justice. He's made TWO same day appointments with me when we were in dire need of help regarding our HVAC (AC issues). From the minute I called him through the repairs he completed today, he was nothing shorting of amazing. During the first visit, he quickly resolved the issue and had me back up and running in a matter of hours, if that. His most recent visits, he was prompt, extremely thorough and kind. His customer service skills are equally as exemplary as his HVAC skills. He continually checked in, kept me updated and stressed the option for me to reach out with any questions. I used them for the first time after going through the reviews. Driss was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was fairly priced and I am going to use them going forward. I was with one of the bigger companies for years but they got too big and didnt show up for appts and got crazy expensive.

I highly recommend this company! Our A/C went out 7:30 at night. And the weather was getting to be in the high 90s during the day. Driss said no problem he could come right out. He got there in 15 minutes and fixed my AC unit. He also let me know about another problem that was happening with another piece of equipment on my house that is not related. He also changed my batteries in my thermostat unit. Driss was very nice! He went out of his way to make sure my A/C unit was working. My house was full of people and animals and I was worried that we were going to be out of A/C for a few days. Other A/C companies could not come out to even diagnose it until the next week. I am very grateful to Driss for being polite, quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Driss also gave me his business card and said to call if there was ever any troubles with it. Thank you so much for being there for us!

I appreciated this company’s speedy service and professionalism. Driss made time available for me same day when another company was booked up a week out possibly leaving me without A/C. I’m grateful he was able to make it happen for me at short notice. He was extremely polite, professional, & thorough. I will be using his services again in the future.

If you notice the reviews, they are all 5 star. Most would be more if that was possible. This is the first time I have used this company, however, they will be my heat/ac tech from now on. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FAIR ON PRICE. Honestly, probably to fair compared to what others charge. He is the real deal. If you want someone that is responsive and FAIR--- this is your company!!!

Our air conditioning upstairs had gave out during the time where the degrees were in the triple digits. I called this company and spoke with Driss and he came to the house within 15 minutes and he showed up on time. He was able to successfully assess the problem and was able to solve it as fast and efficiently as possible. My family and I were very thankful for this company and how fast they were able to come out to resolve our problem. Thank you so much!

So my AC stopped working yesterday on the hottest day ever recorded in Raleigh. I called the company that installed my AC unit and they told me they could not get to my house until Thursday afternoon. So I called Comfort Zone and got a response immediately and within 10 minutes a had a technician at my door. The technicians name was Driss and he was friendly fast and efficient and within the hour my AC was working again. Thank you for the fast service and ease of communication would recommend and use again!

My husband called Driss out to check our HVAC after we woke up to no heat downstairs. He was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. His prices were very reasonable. He'll definitely be our regular HVAC guy now!

Driss was such a professional. He came out and repaired my air conditioning unit. He listened to my concerns. He investigated and he quickly began to make the repairs. He kept me informed the entire time. He was quick and efficient.

Woke up to warm air this morning, called Comfort Zone , Driss was here by 11:30, identified and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Showed me and explained what the issue was. Also very affordable. I highly recommend for emergencies and I'm using them from now on for regular servicing.

Driss was great. He was able to come out same day and took care of our issue. No heat. He took photos and showed me what was wrong. Very straightforward and honest. Our heat was back on within an hour. I asked about any future maintenance and he advised me on that. I told him we have a dog so if he needed to come inside I'd need to put the dog out back. He told me I may need to check my air filter more often because of the dog. He let me know what most likely went wrong with my system and things I could do to try to prevent it. Honesty is not always easy to find. I saved his number in my phone and he will be our regular technician we call if we ever have any future issues. 10/10.

The best customer service I’ve seen in a while!! I had yearly maintenance service due and Driss scheduled me quickly and arrived on time. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns. our heat pump stopped working so we contacted Comfort zone at almost 8pm. he was extremely responsive and was able to get out to our house almost immediately. found the issue and repaired. extremely reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Driss (owner of comfort zone mechanical).

Very professional and best customer service. My AC stopped working in a hot evening, and and I called this wonderful guy, who then showed up within 15 minutes. He knows what he's doing, and willing to give helpful instructions and tricks about the AC system. I can't thank him enough for his remarkable service.
