Super fast response, great work. I called 3-4 other AC places and no one could comeout when my heat was out and its 20° out. Called Quality First Heating & Air, they came out 45 minutes later. The saved me so much stress and money. I highly reccomend giving them a call.

Fast response and they showed up quickly but they where not able to diagnose my issue and stated that I need to contact the company that typically services my unit because the wiring colors are wrong at my outside unit. I did contact the company(Carolina Comfort air) and they came out the same day and diagnosed the issue with a faulty temp sensor at my indoor unit very quickly.

Honestly I cannot thank Quality First enough. They have been out to my house twice now, both for emergencies. They were quick to respond and arrived as soon as possible. Both times they did a fantastic job of explaining what is wrong and the costs.

I recommend them for all you heating and air needs. The reliable, consistent, and quick service has saved me twice now! I will be a lifetime customer.

When I bought my Oakwood duplex in 9/2000, I chose Lee H&AC to install a new gas pack for the 1st floor & a heat pump on the 2nd in my two- story unit..AND..a gas pack for the one-story rental unit. Ever since, I've chosen Lee for all the annual maintenance check-ups, & also to install updated gas pack thermostats...the 2nd just in January. The ladies who run the office make every phone contact cheerful & helpful. 2/17/21.

Hot water heater check/replacement. Very responsive, fair, no upselling, extremely efficient, professional, nice, and courteous. Highly recommend. They inspired confidence. I’ve used their services for HVAC and hot water heater at my prior address, and now for hot water heater at my current address. Relieved to have their services. Well done once again!

I noticed a review left by Jordan Lee, a disgruntled former employee. The statements that were made by Mr. Lee do not reflect the relationship that my family has had with Lee Heating and Air Conditioning. The company has been in business for over 40 years, leaving many customers satisfied with the work completed and the relationships they've formed with not only the owners but their employees as well. Due to the conduct of Jordan Lee, he was only employed by the company for a few weeks before his dismissal.

So very grateful for our unit getting fixed in this terrible heat. I called on Friday afternoon and they came out and got our unit cooling again. We have been a long time customer and have always gotten excellent service.

Just a quick post about Lee Heating & Air. In 2007 I retired ,and bought a home in Johnston county. Someone mentioned Lee Heating and Air. They came out, put in a HVAC system. My system is 18 years old. I have it serviced once a year. It runs like a well oiled machine. A company like this can not stay in business all these years without the good name they have.
