Other than the hassle of the home warranty people that I had to deal with, FIHC did a good job. Could do better to "incorporate" a bit of humanity and understanding in their job and treat every situation differently and not see a person as just money.

My tech, Rick, arrived on time. He also texted me prior to arrival as requested,. Mr Rick was professional and pleasant from the jump street. The next thing I noticed during Mr Rick's visit was that he immediately put on his shoe covering. I didn't have to ask or comment he knew to do this. He showed respect for me and my Property throughout his visit. I believe Rick conducted a thorough investigation of my situation explaining everything that he was doing. He did several checks and rechecks to ensure that my system was working properly. Mr. Rick appeared to be well informed and knowledgeable abt my a/c system. Thank you for sending Rick to my home. Travis demonstrated excellent problem solving hvac skills to repair my trane unit. Travis earned my business and trust and I now recommend Flaming Ice Heating & Cooling over any of the larger hvac firms - Travis is more responsive, offers better service at lower prices. In the past 20 years I felt locked-in to the big hvac company sub-par service and sky high prices - I feel liberated now!

Travis took a last minute call from us and came right over. I had someone come out less than a week ago and spent hours to find the problem.
