Took our money and never fixed the problem! Sloppy workers who do not clean up after themselves! All in all just the worst experience! Do NOT hire this company to do any work for you!

Fair prices, prompt service and very responsive. Joe came out the next day to fix water main, repair was done quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Never EVER use Clayton Plumbing Company! Literally in tears over how I've been treated. They screw up something then no show me 4 times before hanging up on me because I told them it was unprofessional. Never have I had a company treat me like that!

Do not hire this company! Never kept appointment .The connectors they installed under the bathroom cabinets are leaking.Instead coming back and correcting the problem, they told us to sign another contract, so she wants us to pay for their bad job!!I I consider small claim court.

The worst plummers my family has ever dealt with!
They make appointments and do t show up... then make you feel like it was your fault. They never finished the work they started and the tub faucet is still broken. Don’t use this company!!!!!

Have been communicating with Brandy sincd yesterday at 2:30pm. She said someone would be at my home to service my problem and that she may even come. She was very polite. Hours went by and I reached out and she told me someone would be at my home by 8pm. I reached back out at 9pm when no one showed up. She replied at 9:30pm he just finished a job and would the next morning work and I would be the first appt. I agreed as I had no water. I didnt hear from her until noon next day and we reconfirmed at she stated it would be cash only which was omitted the day before. She stated he was on his way and would be at my home in an hour, which would.be 1:45pm. She texted at 2:02 saying he would be at my home at 3pm and retexted 5min later saying we would need to reschedule. I didnt see her message until 20 min after the first and she said that since she hadnt heard from me that we could reschedule. What did I miss? I had been waiting since yesterday. I feel there was never the intention to help me this weekend. Poor customer service, poor follow up, and would not take my call or respond to my text. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CLAYTON PLUMBING COMPANY to anyone. They may be understaffed, who knows. Just be honest and be considerate of others. I am still without water and should have moved on. Professionalism is important and they lacked it with me.

I have never had such an unfortunate experience. I was asked to pay cash because they told me my payment was denied. I called my bank and paypal who both confirmed the payment cleared. I was in so much of a rush to fix my broken pipes that I agreed to pay some cash until we can figure out the paypal issue. They showed up once; to meet me for the cash and start the work. I left them alone in my house which was a mistake. They smoked inside my house and left cigarette butts in the toilet (knowing the water is turned off). They didn't finish the work. Stopped answering my calls; but still have their trailer parked in front of my house. Very much wish I would have read the other reviews before booking. I pray that everyone thinks twice before getting involved with this company. It's an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Joe, Brandy and their team just finished doing a lot of plumbing work at my house, and I'd definitely recommend them.

The old house had old and not to code plumbing, and it all needed to be fixed. It was a lot of work, and a long project, but Joe and his team made it as painless as possible. Holes in the drywall to redo piping, new vents, new pipes, extended gas lines, work in the crawlspace - they've seen every nook and cranny of my place. :)

Some details that highlight the quality of their service:

- I have cats. They we careful not to let them out when they came and went, and covered any holes in the wall or floor when they left each night. Just thoughtful, respectful, and detail oriented.

- They stayed late on several occasions to finish up segments of the project. Lots of tradespeople have a reputation for coming late and leaving early. I was impressed with how hard everyone worked.

- When first installing my gas range, the unit stuck out about an inch from the wall, hardly noticeable. Joe wasn't satisfied and rejiggered things to make it flush. Really focused on quality! I never had a feeling that the work I was getting was "good enough."

- Really good communicators. Joe and Brandy gave me daily updates of what they were planning on doing, what they got done, and anything new that came up. I trusted the work they did in part because they we so good at keeping me in the loop.

- Some of the easiest folks to work with. Since this was such a long project I think I met about everyone on staff, and all of them were kind, friendly, respectful, organized. Every one of them swept my floors at the end of each day, making sure things were put away and no drywall dust lingered. These little details were thoughtful.

- I got quotes from other places and Clayton Plumbing was cheaper. They're a solid family-owned small business who do high-quality work at a fair price. I'll be using them as long as I'm a homeowner, and won't hesitate to refer my friends their way.

Also, they accept payment via paypal invoice which is fast and convenient!

I wish I read the reviews before hiring this "plumber". Their work was horrible and they never finished their job which I payed them to do! They showed up in a work truck and the driver door did not even work so the plumber had to get out on passenger side...should have been a red flag! We were desperate so to speak in getting our problem fixed so we looked past this! We contacted them to let them know our issue was not resolved and all they were concerned with was the price they were charging us for attempting to fix the issue once more! Now we are receiving threatening messages from this person when all we wanted was our issue to be fixed because that is what we payed for! Please do not hire this company to do ANY kind of work for you, you will be disappointed! Look into hiring a real professional plumber! Now we are out several hundred dollars we payed to this company and still do not have our issue resolved! It's people like this that make the world so horrible and make it hard to trust the actual " Real" Workers!

Joe and team did an excellent job with my hot water tank installation. Their work is very professional. Even they took an extra mile to make things right and neat. Very reasonable pricing also. I highly recommend Clayton Plumbing to anyone who require their services. They are very honest and nice people to work with. Thanks a lot!!!

I used Leak Locators to detect two leaks in my recently installed pool liner. Tanner was the representative that came for Leak Locators and performed a phenomenal service. The job was completed from start to finish within an hour. If I ever need a leak detected in my pool again I will definitely call Leak Locators.

These guys are amazing! We have seen increasing water bills ($80 to around $300) for the past three months that got our attention. However we did not see any water paddles in the yard. They found the leak location quickly, so that we can get it fixed soon. Thank you!

LeakLocators is awesome. Tanner came out and found our leak. Had it repaired and fixed in no time. He was great at his job and knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend them for anyone who thinks they may have a leak in their pool or other areas as well. Great customer service, great company. I would use them again. I want to give a big thank you to Matt and Leak Locators! They were able to locate a water main leak under a driveway with great accuracy, allowing me to properly quote my customer a price for the repair. It's nice to have a professional resource such as Leak Locators to refer my customers to minimizing undue damage and effort of finding underground water leaks. Great communication from Matt to my customer and with myself throughout the process, would definitely recommend this company to anyone and will continue to refer my customers to them! You can tell these guys know and care about what they are doing!
