In the midst of our January 2026 cold snap here in Raleigh, Josh and Wyatt came out, detected and repaired several leaks in our outdoor in-ground pool. I called a day earlier and said that they could delay this service visit if they wanted until the temperature increased; but Sadie (the office manager) said "no", the cold is not a problem for us!

They showed up right on time. They were meticulous and professional in finding and repairing several side-wall leaks. (It was actually fascinating to watch them do their craft.) And despite the cold, they were friendly and informative throughout the whole process.

I would unconditionally recommend Leak Locators to anyone needing the range of services that they so expertly provide.

Although Tanner did not find a leak in our pool pipes he was very thorough and double-checked each pipe. He could not check the pool liner today because it wasn’t clear enough. But we will be making a follow up appointment with him when we get the pool water clear.
Follow up: we were delayed getting Tanner back out due to our pump quitting on us. But once that was working again we had Tanner come out and he found a tear in our pool liner and repaired it in a very short time. We were bp very pleased with his work!

I called Leak Locators and though I couldn't get them on the phone, they called me back and arranged for a Technician - Tucker to come and locate the leak. Mr. Tucker was very professional, extremely helpful, and went way beyond what was required to look through everything and suggest solutions. He took his time at the property, went around every detail. It was excellent service offered and Mr. Tucker was phenomenal.

Great company, very fast and professional service. We had a plumbing leak in our yard and Leak Locators found it in minutes. Water leaks can be stressful, but not being able to identify where the leak is coming from is scary. Tucker was out next morning and was very courteous, completely understood our issue and got to work right away. We are very thankful for the wonderful service and highly recommend Leak Locators!

Josh from leak locators was a great knowledgeable technician. He was able to locate my pool Leak and found out it was a missing gasket from one of the pool return lines. He also walked me through the process and showed me the leak. Really professional and very knowledgeable.

This was my 2nd time using Leak Detectors on October 2025. Had a new leak that showed up in the last few weeks of the swim season. Reached out to Tanner and he had me do a few recommendations to checks before I scheduled the appointment. He verified I had a leak and had me call to get on the schedule. He came out within 2 weeks and found the leak in 10mins based off the feedback I had mentioned. He checked the whole pool and plumbing just to be safe, but everything was all good. Great guy and does amazing work as always, glad he was able to get me fixed up a second time around.

Leak Locators came highly recommended by a friend who had extensive knowledge and experience with pools. I am grateful I called them to help me locate a leak in my pool. Tanner, the technician who came to my house, was terrific. He communicated with me to tell me he was on his way to my house, and did a thorough job inspecting and locating the issue. He also took the time to explain his work, and gave me his number to contact if I experienced any further issues. The billing process was also seamless. All in all, a job well done!

The owners of Leak Locators are wonderful friends and neighbors. I could not ask for better service in taking care of our pool. They are always on it when we need repairs, pool openings, or fixing a leak. You can’t find better for all your water leaks!

Matt did a great job in detecting a small leak in our external water line. He was prompt, efficient, polite and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Would definitely ask for him if and when a similar problem arises.

Tyler and Wyatt came out to our commercial pool and found 2 leaks in no time. They did a great job fixing everything and took the time to make sure everything was nice and clean when they left. Would definitely hire them again.

This was my first time using Leak Detectors back in March 2025. Tanner was a great technician. He arrived earlier than I expected and was quick at finding the leak. He gave his opinions on what caused it and how into prevent future issues. He said to check the water level over the next few days to see if it was still over the average loss amount and to give him a call if it was. He suspected there could be more holes from the robot. It was still over the amount so I sent him a text and he came by the next day. Found the hole and patched it up in no time. Overall, great experience and Tanner was amazing!

Tanner came out and found the leak in our pool and repaired it. He was very professional and thorough with his work. He did a great job explaining the process of what he did to repair the leak. I would highly recommend Tanner to help anyone with their pool leak issues. We spoke with Melissa on the phone and she was very friendly and professional to work with. When is there ever a good time to meet a leak? I’ll venture a guess that most folks would say ‘never and no thank you,’ but sadly those of us with pools know leaks are about as often to happen as cannonballs in the summer. The entire crew at Leak Locators — from Blake who found EXACTLY where the leak would be after vigorous testing all around our pool, to Tyler and Wyatt who did the hard work of digging up the rocky soil and repairing the broken piping — were professional and expeditious about the whole job. They’ve come out to repair in the past and I would call them back in a heartbeat if we suspect another pool leak. Thanks team!

Blake was extremely responsive to schedule, identify and repair the leaks we had on a very complicated project. Tyler and Wyatt worked great together in replacing all of the damaged plumbing in a very difficult location. The job was completed and pressure tested quickly. Once the repairs were finished, the job site was left clean and in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend this team on any of my future projects.
