Tyler and Wyatt were fantastic! They were prompt, personable, professional and left the area in better shape than they found it. Understand, there is a minimum number of hours you’ll be charged for the repair so even if they finish under that time you will be responsible for those hours. They explained the unused hours will be applied to future visits if needed. I Highly recommend them for your pool leak issues, the entire team (Melissa/Tanner) has been great from the start!

Leak Locators provides an exemplary level of service from start to finish. My experience began with Melissa, who handled the scheduling process with the utmost professionalism.
The technician, Tanner, was truly top-notch. He was patient and thorough, taking the time to answer all of our questions while sharing his expertise. This level of transparency gave my wife and me complete peace of mind.
What impressed me most was their diligence. When the initial pool test came back negative, Tanner didn't simply stop there; he suggested isolating the pool from the spa to be certain. His intuition was correct—we noticed a water decrease in the spa shortly after. Tanner returned a few days later and successfully pinpointed the exact source of the leak. I highly recommend Leak Locators for anyone in need of reliable and thorough leak detection. -
They are on the spot quick and reasonable. I'll be calling them from now on guarantee

Came out quick to check on an issue I thought I had with 2 of my toilets. The guys that came out were super nice, helpful and did more than I had expected. Made some recommendations on something else plumbing wise and went out to get the part. Worked perfectly. Thanks for helping me out!

First of all this doesn't deserve 1 Star - other events with Chad lead up to this final episode - Chad, tech with Ambit has an awful attitude and was so disrespectful to me - trainee Andrew is learning all his bad habits
7/12 called Ambit due to scorching hot water - Chad said he reset the button and should call an Electrician due to faulty breaker - that's what is tripping your reset - never smiles looks like he wants to slit my throat - terrible attitude
7/16 water turned lukewarm - Chad resets button and says call Electrician - Blaze Electrical came out same day replaced breaker - cost $350 Yicks couldn't afford that - after they left I checked water Nope still not right
7/18 Blaze Plumbing came out and in 15 minutes gave me a Real diagnosis - the wires were getting wet in the panel and was causing it to reset - showed me the saturated foam insulation - this was a defective unit your warranty should cover - asked him did I need an Electrician
- he said "No" that wasn't the breaker you needed - amateur fix Chad but unfortunately his bad attitude got in his way and cost me $350 - careless Chad!
7/19 called Ambit twice about what was going on and about my warranty - went to voicemail - they were clearly avoiding me - second time I left voicemail but to this 7/23 date No reply
Beware of Chad! -

They did a lot of the plumbing work in my new build and I am very happy with the quality! No issues so far, trusted work for sure.
-
Absolutely unprofessional and horrendous, refused to come check my leak, TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE I don't have one without checking? Who runs a company like this? Absolutely lazy and unprofessional. I got hung up on and she refused to let me speak with the owner.

Plumbing installed in our new slab house after 2 years failed by toilets overflowing, sewage backing up in our shower and tub. Had to have Rotor Rooter clear the pipes under our slab, insert camera in outside pipe to our septic tank which was full. Then had the tank pumped by C’S Septic.Spent over $1,000.

Thorton's plumbing was very responsive and came pretty quickly to fix our hot water heater. Mind you, it was not an emergency. The gentleman fixed it very fast and the price was great!

Due to a complete lack of proper systems in place, Thornton's has extended the replacement of my shower, which is under warranty, for 6 weeks. We purchased our home in December of 2012 and Thornton's was the contracted plumber. In May of 2015 we contacted Thornton's to fix a hole in the bottom of our shower. Their contracted repair people came and did a professional repair on the hole. In September of 2015 I noticed a large crack in the bottom of our shower that was not near the repaired area. Upon a closer look, I saw that there was another large crack on the repair extended beyond the repair and split into two cracks like a Y. I called Thornton's on September 17th to get them to come out and look at it. I was informed the only come out Monday-Friday and due to them being based 2 hours away from my house the latest appointment I could make would be 2 o'clock. I work Monday-Friday and have a 45 minute commute which means I leave my house at 6AM and usually don't get home until 4 of 5PM. This means, at minimum I would have to take a half day off of work. I scheduled the appointment for Wednesday September 23rd and took a half day off of work. When the repair technicians came out, they told me they cannot repair this issue, it needs to be replaced and the office would contact me to make an appointment. I wrote the main secretary, Charissa, an email detailing my concerns on September 25th. I never heard back from them. So I called on Octboer 1st to address my concerns. Charissa spoke to me and explained everything with which I was satisfied. She then said she would order the replacement piece and scheduled my replacement for Thursday October 15th. This would be a day I would have to take off of work completely because the latest appoint for such a large replacement would be 12noon. Thornton's never called to verify the appointment beforehand and because I am extremely proactive, especially when I am going to miss work, I called to verify my appointment on Wednesday October 14th. Charissa told me yes, they would be out to replace it the next day, they had the replacement piece, but then stopped and said she had to check if they had the proper adhesive and she would call me back. She called me back at 6:30PM on Wednesday October 14th to tell me she had to reschedule because they didn't have the proper adhesive in stock. This was AFTER I had already taken the day off work. I was able to cancel that and go into work but if I did not call, I would have been at home, not working and not getting paid waiting for them to come make the replacement. Due to scheduling issues and having to take a day off, we rescheduled for Wednesday October 28th. Once again, I called off work and called them to verify they had all the necessary components and they would be out to replace my shower the next day. Charissa was not in the office and the other secretary verified that they would be there at 12 noon. Well, at 9:30 on Wednesday the 28th Ms. Thornton calls to tell me that the replacement unit they have is defective and they need to reschedule the service. Why was the box not opened and verified upon delivery? Why was the defective unit just sitting around for more than 2 weeks? Why did they not order the correct adhesive when they ordered my unit to begin with? Why do they not call to verify appointments and ensure all necessary components are accounted for? Why do their customers need to miss work and therefore money in their paycheck to feed their children because they cant run their business professionally? So now, I am missing out on a days worth of work and will have to miss out on another days worth of work when they have a unit that is not defective. I didn't mention that the reason I have to be present is because my husband-an active duty service member- is currently deployed, I have no family in the area, and all of my friends also work!
