Eric was able to come out on short notice and fix our gas fireplace when the oil company said they wouldn’t work on the kind we have anymore. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and - most importantly with a winter weather forecast this week - get the fireplace working for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Eric set up our kitchen sink plumbing last year. He was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We had him come back to service our fireplace that didn't work since we moved in. He was very knowledgeable about fireplaces and gave us a lot of great information and tips. He got our fireplace to work so we can finally enjoy it. The scheduling was very easy and the prices were very fair and transparent. He is very honest and we would use this company again in the future.

Eric walked us through the entire conversion process for switching from propane to natural gas. He was honest and open with us throughout the switchover and completed the work flawlessly including installing a new tankless water heater for us. I would readily recommend PRO/MAXX ONE and Eric for your next project.

Fireplace gas valve replacement

I had my fireplace gas valve replaced by Eric from Pro Maxx one, and he did a great job. He was on time, friendly, and explained everything clearly. He made sure the fireplace was safe to use and cleaned up afterward.

Everything works well now. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs fireplace maintenance.

Eric was incredibly helpful and came very quickly when we called. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and talks through everything he’s looking at. He checks on and repairs our gas fireplaces every year.

We had a natural gas leak in an outside pipe and Enbridge came and turned off our gas. I called Pro Maxx One and they were out that day and assessed the situation and we made a plan for it to be fixed the next morning. They were here right on time and worked diligently and re-ran piping into our garage and attached it to the existing gas line to our furnace and hot water heater. They cleaned up after themselves very well and were exceptionally polite and professional. When I have any other issues with plumbing or gas, they will be my go to!

What a fantastic experience! Eric came to the house to work on several gas related items- everything was done to perfection. He took the time to explain and discuss what he found. You will not find a more knowledgable, CARING individual. I've been in the people business over 45 years (Pharmacist) and I can promise you Eric cares about doing a great job, for a reasonable price. Most importantly, he cares about doing it the right way. It's refreshing these days to find someone you can trust with your home.

In my entire life never had such an experience!!!! I was verbally assaulted by the plumber and had to ask them to leave my property immediately. Got the whole exchange on our video cameras, was willing to provide to management but MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE. Owner would not even return our calls. I would advise staying far far far away from this company.

James and team repiped our entire home. They came in under the estimate, worked quickly and cleaning and were really good people. They proved great service and a reasonable price and we intend to use them for our remodeling from here on out!!!

Very satisfied with the work they did for me. I had a complicated issue, they were able to figure out the root cause of my issue quickly. They worked hard, quickly and had everything working with in a couple hours. Though what I needed done was expensive, compared to other quotes they were very reasonable . Now this is the meaning of customer service! My hot water heater went out on the day I was leaving for vacation. I had a home warranty and the quote was received on my last day of vacation while I was still out of town. The warranty quote was outrageous! I got onto HomeAdviser and I found Coats Plumbing. They immediately out to my house and quoted me on a tankless heater and the replacement of my current. Coats Plumbing ended up replacing my heater and getting to my house the next day which was my first day back in town. They also beat the warranty quote by over $400. Everyone was so nice, respectful, and helpful (even giving recommendations). I will definitely use Coats Plumbing again.
