Absolutely amazing service! Jakob came out on a Saturday within 1.5 hours and had our water heater/tank completely replaced in an hour! He was super nice and ran through everything we needed to know with us before leaving. Also no fee to "check it out" like most plumbing places were charging. We will be using them from now on!

Changing my five star to a two-star while Jacob and Max both did a great job, they are not great about returning a phone call , After a lot of thought, I will need to downgrade my review of US Plumbing. Max and Jacob came out and did some more work for me and we discussed the possibility of them replacing my kitchen sink after several phone calls that were unanswered, several text to Jacob and Max that were unanswered. Was very disappointed to find that evidently they were not interested in finishing what we had talked about. I waited several weeks to hear back from them to make sure that I have the correct measurements for my sink. And that they were going to install the sink for me. That has been at least two months ago and I have not heard anything from either one of them. If you don't want to work for me that's fine you don't have to. But at least give me the courtesy of a phone call to say so. Jacob, very poor form to say to this customer," we take care of our customers"..

I am not a very trusting person, I have been taking advantage of by a lot of trade people. When I called US Plumbing it was the same trepidation. There are no words to describe how amazing and professional and caring these people are. Jacob is a star! He crawled all under my house and found quite a few things that needed attention, did exactly what I needed him to do. And the issues that I had are totally and completely taken care of and I will not have to worry about my home and the plumbing under my house. Jacob went far and above any thought I had of how things are going to be handled. I highly recommend this company. Max was very responsive to my needs and communicated them well to Jacob. He worked around a lot of issues that could have been very daunting. He was very careful with my home. And when he left I felt for the first time a huge weight come off my shoulders. If you have plumbing issues do not hesitate to call US Plumbing.

Jacob was fantastic, helpful and very supportive.. Got my PRV replaced in a jiffy and got my family going. Highly recommend to anyone! Max is also a very knowledgeable plumber. They are great!

I had a plumbing issue arise this morning (a Saturday) and my plumber was unable to get to me until later in the day which typically would’ve been fine but water was required for an upcoming event later today. I spent over an hour attempting to find a company that was available / capable of making the necessary repair and that’s when Max answered the phone at U.S. Plumbing and listened to my needs, collected my information, and assured me that a technician would be out within the hour. Shortly thereafter, one of their technicians, Jakob, called me and the ball was rolling. Just in time for the event, water had been restored and another satisfied customer had been created by the team at U.S. Plumbing. From start to finish - they were professional, communicated effectively, went above and beyond, and ultimately solved my problem. GREAT experience, thanks, guys!

I have been relying on US Plumbing for about 5 years and they have been consistently GREAT that whole time. Max and Jakob are the best plumbers in the business. Before I found US Plumbing, I had more than a few questionable experiences with local plumbers who didn’t seem completely competent. You don’t have to worry about that with Max and Jakob. They are experts and when they fix a problem, it is fixed. I highly recommend them! Best plumbers in the county, maybe in the state… possibly the world. Okay, now I’m being silly, but they really are that good. Quality work, fair pricing, they really are the best.

Jakob helped fix a shower leak, created an access panel and replaced my wax ring. He explained what he was doing precisely and provided excellent service at a great price. Will definitely use them again!

US Plumbing provided quick service for a main pressure reducing valve that was failing. Zack was great, explaining everything that was needed & reviewing costs. Also repaired a bad toilet valve (not in my original ask) while on-site.
