Wow what great service! We had an issue with the plumbing under the kitchen sink. James Coates came out that same day and was very professional. He repaired the issue quickly. We later had a small leak develop and he can right back to fix that. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

If you need a plumber you should look no further. We are very pleased with Coats Plumbing. We had additional questions about our plumbing and Coats made sure we were satisfied. Good people, good work.

I called for an appointment after receiving an estimate and they were able to get me in on the next business day. I had a new kitchen faucet installed (the old one leaked), a leaky drain repaired and a under sink water filter installed. James, who owns the business, arrived on time and promptly got to work. He had everything installed and took the time to make sure everything was working properly so quickly. It took maybe an hour, far less than what was estimated and the price was really affordable. I really appreciated that they were able to complete what I needed so quickly and at a price I could afford. Sink doesn't leak anymore, faucet doesn't drip and the tap water tastes great now!

Mr. Coats replaced my main water line and the main house shut-off valve a few months ago. I had three different plumbers come out and his quote was not only the most competitive but he took the time to answer all my questions and didn't try and upsell me on random other plumbing projects like the other people did. He arrived when he said he was going to and he took exactly as long as he said it would take. He even took some pictures of the work and sent them to me for my records. Overall I was very impressed by his work and will definitely be using him for all future plumbing needs.

Sink
We contacted Coats plumbing the Friday before Thanksgiving due to a leak under our kitchen sink. We were told the lines and valves were old and they were replaced. We also had a problem with our faucet, which they said they could replace but it would have to wait until the next week. The plumber said he didn’t have one with him, and couldn’t go get one at that point because it was 6pm. I said I would go get one that weekend and clarified what kind it would need to be in order to fit the existing sink. I also said that we weren’t planning a kitchen reno at this point so I was just going to get something fairy inexpensive because the holidays were coming up and obviously we need a working kitchen. He did not mention anything about which brands to buy or avoid. The visit cost $208.16 which included an emergency fee because it was last minute, which is fair. However not long after they left the leak was still there. We had no kitchen water from Friday evening until Monday evening due to the leak.
They returned on Monday evening and replaced the faucet using the one I purchased. They did not say anything about the brand or quality. This visit cost $144.11.
Now less than a month later the cabinet under our kitchen sink is full of water again. My husband spoke with Michelle and explained that after 2 visits and $350, the problem is still there and it’s unacceptable. Michelle told him that the second visit happened because I turned down the plumber’s offer to install a faucet he had in his truck because I wanted something cheaper. This is untrue. We were not offered a faucet during that visit. When he tried to explain this she hung up (we heard the repeat tone that happens when the other line disconnects from you).
I spoke to her later that afternoon and she denied hanging up on us, claiming instead that my husband hung up on her (there would be no disconnect tone on our end if that was the case.) I was told that it’s common for it to take 3+ visits to diagnose and fix a leaking kitchen sink and it’s a process of elimination. The faucet, lines, and valves were all replaced and the leak clearly wasn’t coming from the pipe, so I’m not sure what other option needed to be eliminated besides bad handiwork. I was also told that it’s extremely common for “off brand” faucets to leak and have problems straight out of the box, and there are only 2 brands this plumber will work with due to that. Neither of these “reliable” brands or issues was mentioned in the 2 visits to our house. Additionally when I asked Michelle if these are the brands they carry in their truck I had to ask twice and she was very hesitant to say yes. I asked if I would be charged for a third visit and she said it depends- if the problem is due to their work then I wouldn’t be.
The fact remained that after 2 visits, new lines, valves, and faucet, and $350+ in charges, the problem was still there and they refused to take responsibility.

Coats Plumbing has done multiple jobs for us over the past few years and we’ve always been very pleased. They have great communication, quick scheduling, and are priced very reasonably. It’s hard to find companies that are highly skilled and do honest work, so whenever we need anything plumbing related, Coats will always be our first call.

Reliable, professional, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and quality work. Had everything needed on hand when they arrived. Will definitely recommend them and use their services again.

I had Coats plumbing install new faucets in both bathrooms. The handles and faucet for the tub startrd leaking last year. James came out and put in an expansion tank and told me it should fix the leak. This was not cheap! That DID NOT fix the leak! I called and was told by his wife that I would need to have a large hole cut to fix it and it would take 3 or 4 hours. James could have told me that up front! I'm a 70 yr old woman that was taken advantage of. I paid a lot of money to still have a leak! I've been here since 2014 and never had a leaking faucet until Coats plumbing changed out my faucets! I ask his wife (Michelle) if he could come out to look at it and was told no. Now, what kind of service is that?
With that being said...I DO NOT recommend this company! Can anyone please recommend an honest Plumber to
help me!

We recently purchased a home and had a not-too-serious concern about our plumbing. I'm pretty handy and had been researching every thing that could potentially be causing this issue and attempted a few fixes myself. I told my spouse that I wanted to call a plumber and probably get a sewage line inspection to rule out a cracked/broken line.

A day later, I happened to notice two guys from C3PO were working at my neighbor's house I and walked over to ask if they inspected sewage lines and how much that'd be. The C3PO rep asked me what prompted my concern and I told him about it. He told me to inspect the Studor vent under my sink and probably replace it. Dude had never been in my house and I'd never heard of such a thing, but after some googling and $25 to Orange Store for a replacement, it looks like he probably fixed my issue from across the street.

Although this isn't really a representative customer experience, I had to say something. A+, 5 star, awesome work. I really appreciate it!

Second time we have had to call Shawn at C3 Plumbing and he was prompt in getting in contact, setting up appointments and finishing projects in a timely manner. He told us about some options, recommendations and such but there was no pressure in our decisions. We highly recommend Shawn!

Got a faucet replaced. Great service, and Shawn was easy to talk to and went above n beyond to get to us on time and got the job done quickly. Price was very reasonable. The last plumbing service kept trying to rip us off for 2 months without ever delivering, so this came as a great relief.

Max came out to my house and diagnosed a leak i had. he took the time to explain the issue well and made some recommendations. I had him come back later and install several faucets in my bathrooms.
He did a great job and was very professional!!!

I called at 8:30 with no hot water, and by 11:30 I had a new hot water heater at a reasonable price, and they were nothing but polite and professional the entire time… I would highly recommend them to anyone for all your plumbing needs. These guys were great!

I have a small hot water heater in the ceiling of my business. I had asked other companies for quotes and they either would not show up, or would not get back to me with a quote, or would not come back to do the actual replacement. I called US Plumbing and Max asked a few questions, quoted me on the phone. The quote was very reasonable based on what I had received before. Tech showed up ON TIME two days later and replaced the unit that day. They also had to replace a part that was not anticipated, but did it at no charge and honored the original quote.

Had a mysterious gurgling noise emanating from our crawlspace whenever water was running or a toilet was flushed. For the past 10 months more than three other "plumbers" could not diagnose the problem or resolve the issue. We called Max from US Plumbing and in less than 5 minutes on the phone describing the problem to him, he was able to focus on the issue . We had Max come to our home the following morning. He immediately confirmed the issue we described and made the required repair.

I noticed paint bubbling in my kitchen and found the dry wall to be soaked. I called U.S. Plumbing first thing in the morning to schedule their service. Their technicians were at my house within the hour.

They were very professional and kept me in the loop about what steps they needed to take to complete repairs. I would definitely recommend U.S. Plumbing's services to my friends and family.

Typically don’t leave reviews unless the service is excellent ( I know that’s a bad comment because people use these to make big decisions, as I did). My well pump quit working on a Thursday evening , called US plumbing at 8 PM , Max arrived at 9 AM the next morning. Diagnose the problem and fixed it within about 30 minutes. Explained why the problem happened, what to look out for in the future and headed out to hopefully satisfy another customer. Locally owned and operated and they have all my business moving forward
