Called US Plumbing for a water pipe leak. Exceptional service, fair pricing, quality work. Would give them 10 stars if I could would definitely recommend to family and friends

The US Plumbing team (Max and Tyler) were great. Timely, professional, and upfront pricing. My main line was clogged, and they were able to resolve the issue in one trip. We will use them again and refer to my friends.

This is a terrific company for a variety of reasons. First, the owner, Max, is so personable and explains everything he's doing in detail. He quoted a fair and reasonable price for his work, as well. Second, he keeps his word: he said he would be back later that morning and was, said that he would finish the job that day and did. Third, the price he quoted was the price we paid - no surprises. Fourth, the job was done perfectly and we're thrilled with the results. If you need a plumber, this is your man! Thanks Max and Jacob!

We called U.S. Plumbing today, concerned that we may have a partially blocked line. Max was on site within about an hour of our call! He took his time to evaluate and discuss the issue. We were thrilled to find there was no blockage and he didn't even charge us for his trip. It doesn't get any better than that...we have found our new plumber for sure! We'll definitely be calling U.S. Plumbing in the future!

I was very happy with US Plumbing's responsiveness and quality of work. Jakob arrived ahead of schedule, cleared my slow shower drain and replaced a water heater bladder before he was to start. I know where I'll go in the future. I love that it was a local group (from Clayton).

Max was able to squeeze us in for same day service which was very helpful! Fast, friendly, quality service from the first phone call until the job was done. He's fantastic and I would definitely call him again for the next problem!

We had a well pump and pressure tank replaced with all new piping and electrical. Max is awesome, he explained in detail what was/went wrong and the reasons for it. Always on time and very professional. Highly recommend for any plumbing issues. I plan on calling in the future for additional things I want.

Had a great experience with fixing a leaking pipe and also what I thought was clogged (turned out to be broken) garbage disposal I had put off for a while that I had to replace. US plumbing was easy to schedule with, on time, very nice and professional the whole way. Did an excellent job explaining to me what was going on with my garbage disposal and how to better take care of it in the future once I got it replaced. I would highly recommend them and will definitely work with them again in the future for my plumbing needs!

Max (owner) and Jacob (assistant) are awesome! We have called them for several years now and they are always responsive to our needs, providing quality service. I sent an email from their website on Friday night. Jacob had an opening in his schedule on Saturday and came right over. We explained our issues; he went right to work and was here for hours. He is friendly and very thorough, explaining every step of the way. Max and Jacob have resolved all of our plumbing issues over the years, and I would highly recommend them!

Needed to replace an aging and leaking commode. Called US Plumbing and spoke with Max. Went to Lowe’s to look for fixtures as advised by Max. Picked up if you wanted. Gave the model number to the office. Within one hour they got back to me and gave me a quote for installing it. They even picked up the new commode at Lowe’s. The installer Jacob did an outstanding job, Was very courteous and completed the job in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend these folks

US Plumbing was willing to work with my schedule, arrived early, quickly diagnosed the primary issue, and to make a longer story shorter, effected the repair within hours. Nice work!
By the way, their work involved replacing the pressure tank and it’s manifold, with attached necessary accoutrements.

Max was excellent! I called him because of an emergency and he was at my front door within 40 minutes. He went right to work and had it working within the hour. We recently moved to a new house and after moving in noticed that 2 of our toilets were not always flushing properly and we had to have a plunger at the ready at all times, not fun. We purchased 2 new toilets and called a handful of local plumbers to get estimates for installation. Max was the first guy to get back to us and ended up having the best price. He was super friendly and did a very professional and clean installation. He even took the old toilets for disposal so we didn't have to deal with it! Overall great experience with US Plumbing, I would definitely call Max again.

My husband noticed our water heater was leaking and in pretty bad shape. We called US Plumbing because of the (40) FIVE STAR reviews, very hard to do.

And we were NOT disappointed! My husband was pleased with his conversation with Max, he was helpful, offered guidance and very knowledgeable. Even though it was a Saturday, they made plans to come give us an estimate the next day, Sunday. They let us know that after looking at our heater, they might be able to install a new water heater same day, if replacement was necessary(it was).

That same day, we got a call that they had a cancellation and they could come out, which they did. Jacob rang our door and from the get go was very knowledgeable & courteous, observed COVID by wearing a mask and kept proper social distance.

We had a new water heater installed that day. Jacob was such a nice young man, who knew what he was doing. The entire experience was pleasant, the price was right and we would not hesitate to recommend US Plumbing!

Max and Jakob saved the day by insuring that a failed part within our water supply system was replaced ahead of our customer’s upcoming event at our location - great experience from start to finish.

I called US Plumbing to replace my well pressure tank and switch. Within an hour, Max and Erlin were under my house fixing the low pressure issue. The tank and switch were replaced within 2 hours, and my problem is solved. Their responsiveness was super fast, the price was reasonable, and the results were spot on. Would I use them again? ABSOLUTELY, without hesitation. They are great guys. Give them a shot. You will be glad you did.

Update 11/30 - had Max come out to the house to assist with an issue with my well. He was able to fix it quickly and for a great price!

US Plumbing has great customer service. They are fair with assessing needs, don't try to oversell and have fair prices. They are quick to respond and provide high quality service. Highly recommend.
