I decided to buy a very old community pool that had been sitting a couple of years not running. I had no idea the work that needed to be done. It never would have opened had it not been for Leak Locators. Not only did they fix all the pipe and leak issues, Blake himself has made extra trips out to help me get my pump running efficiently and installed a part form me. And let me tell you about the hardest working 21 year old young man I have ever seen! Tyler, Leak Locators main service repair man, was on time, works extremely efficiently, starts early and works late, and CLEANS up after the job!! I can not say enough great things about this company!! Don’t waste your time or money with anyone else!

I recently hired LeakLocators to find the problem with my pool missing about 2 inches of water daily. They first send a technician to find the issue, (a leak of course), some old pipe has broken. They gave me a quote for the repair and work fast to put me on schedule. I was extremely impressed with the quality of their work. Three other technicians came this morning: Tyler, Wyatt & Levi, and they were no just fast, but exceptionally good. The customer service was excellent, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Water was bubbling up outside close to the house. I was told to call Leak Locators who found the leak. It was a pipe with a hole in it, inside the home, in a closet, under a concrete slab. Dereck did an excellent job. The pipe is now fixed, I am very happy and I highly recommend Leak Locators.

Matt showed up ON TIME, explained his process, implemented the test, identified the leak four feet from the meter, and marked the spot in the yard for the plumber to fix. Very happy with the entire experience doing business with Blake, Josh, Tyler, and Colby. They were the ER doctors for my pool with four leaks found. Very professional, methodical, and clean in their work. The work area was very narrow but they were able to make precise cuts into the concrete patio.

Leak Locators were very prompt to come out and look and my leak issue on the property. Everyone I have spoken with and met are very professional and helpful. They are definitely my go to company when needed!

We used Leak Locators back around 2019 for our in ground pool and they were great. When our in ground pool at our new home recently developed a leak they were our first call. Tyler and Wyatt were our repair guys and replaced both our skimmers including the connecting pipes and the patio cement. . They were professional and neat and did a great job. They also came back out and found and patched an unrelated liner leak for us. We definitely recommend them if your pool has a leak!

By the time they made it out, the location of the leak was obvious. Because of this they did not change me for coming out.

Additionally, they gave me some simple options to try and fix it on my own as well as provided me options if the self remedies didn’t solve the issue.

The technicians were Tanner and Tyler. They were very professional and knowledgeable and deserve a raise in my opinion. You could tell that they genuinely cared.

Most companies would have still charged for coming out. I highly recommend Leak Locators.
