Mike and Juan came out to do a service on my hot water heater and did a wonderful job very clean and quick. They customer service is 100%, I do recommend.

I had some concerns about a spigot possibly leaking from behind and about the water pressure at my house. Mike was great, he arrived on time (even though it was raining heavily). He patiently answered all my questions, took a look at my kitchen faucet and explained what to be on the watch for. I will definitely be calling WPP for future plumbing projects. Thanks for all your help!

Just had Pedro come out to save me from a nasty leak that had made it’s way through the flooring from an upstairs bathroom faucet. He was polite and extremely professional and represents the company extremely well. I couldn’t of been happier , especially when rushing to find a plumber on a whims notice. Will definitely use again but hopefully won’t need to.

Sprung a leak on my toilet and called William Parrish plumbing to schedule an appt. Pedro was the technician that came out and was great. Explained everything to me, went over all the options and was very honest with what he thought. Replaced the supply line fast. Will recommend if needing a plumber.

We had a plumping emergency early in the morning with water pouring out of our ceiling. Pedro and Jesus came over immediately and fixed our problem. Turns out our water shut didn’t work so time was of the essence. They both were friendly and worked fast and everything was explained thoroughly. Originally, I was very upset with this company due to not receiving a price quote by the woman that I spoke to.
However, upon leaving a less than 5 star review, I was contacted via phone by the owner and before I lost connection due to poor service, I feel as though he was trying to remedy what was harmed in my opinion of the company.
But what did show that they were sincere in what they said, was that I received a Christmas card and a handwritten note inside from the owner, explaining to me why what happened that upset me, was something that was not meant to come across as unhelpful.
I appreciate that.
It shows integrity and I would give them another chance to serve our homes needs if needed.

Pedro did a great job going over the issues we had and the options that we had in getting them fixed. He gave us before and after photos about everything that he replaced. He was on time as well as very polite and professional. Would recommend.
