This was my 2nd time using Balos's Plumbing LLC and can't begin to communicate the outstanding job and expertise that Robert and company brings to the table! Truly a rare person and plumber that cares about his customers and workmanship!! My water heater kicked the bucket last night and Balos's came out today last minute to get us HOT water flowing once again! A true life saver and professional individual, is just the tip of the icebreg. Balos is top notch! Scheduling was easy as my call was returned the same day (despite it being a non working day). They communicated an early arrival and showed up on time. Robert is super patient and fantastic at explaining in layman’s terms. I feel he is honest and had fair pricing. Overall, I had an impeccable experience and I would recommend Balos to everyone with plumbing needs!

We had an emergency plumbing issue come up, we called Mr.Balos and he got us an appointment same day and arrived right on time. He explained every part of his process and what he was doing to fix the problem. We had a broken outside pipe, he cleared any blockage and used a camera to check out what was down there so he could properly take care of it.
Fast, great communication, very friendly. I will be recommending him to friends and family.

Water heater needed replacement so I did some research online and had 5 plumbers come out for estimates. Balos Plumbing, LLC was the first to respond to my inquiry, the first to arrive for an estimate, and the 2nd best price I received ($150 more). He took the time to explain the exact issue, as well as explaining all of my options. After selecting them for the job, the communication was great, and they showed up on time, fully prepared, and performed the job in the amount of time they estimated. I will definitely use Balos again for any of my plumbing needs and would gladly recommend them to both family and friends.

Hard working and honest folks. My family needed a water heater replaced. Robert came to our home prepared with a wealth of knowledge that he was more than happy to share. We thought the price for replacement of our heating unit was more than fair and decided to have it replaced. Robert made short work of replacing our unit and getting us back up and running. We will definitely be using Balos Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs and will happily recommend their services to friends and family.

Balos Plumbing far exceeded any expectation of mine doing work with exceptional professionalism, quality of work and product, and timeliness in arrival and completion. Robert and his crew are trustworthy beyond measure, reasonably priced and communicative of the work to be done. They re-piped my home from leaking CPVC to PEX. Essentially un noticeable drywall cutouts minimizing any repairs to keep cost down for the homeowner. If you’re reading reviews like I read reviews I’m hopeful this gives you assurance to hire Balos as your trusted professional.

FYI - we learned today that our construction contractor did NOT correctly install our garbage disposal in 2021. Consequently the disposal was badly corroded at the top, was moldy, emitting a bad odor and was leaking from the top! The mounting hardware was never installed correctly. Bolts were missing!

Photos reveal the nastiness! Be thankful you can’t smell them! It was not pleasant! Be alert to how your unit was installed!

Call Robert Balos if you have concerns! He has done other work in our neighborhood. Robert is highly confident, assess things quickly, was thorough and very professional. We highly recommend Balos plumbing!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Balos Plumbing. After realizing that my hot water heater wasn’t working, I sent a message to the Balos website around 7:30pm and was surprised to get a response within 90 minutes, even though it wasn’t an emergency, and scheduled a plumber for the following day. He was able to come out about an hour earlier than his scheduled time, walked me through the issues he found, and gave me a few options of how to proceed. I opted for a new water heater install which he completed within a couple of hours. Robert was extremely professional, friendly, and made sure I was informed through the entire process. Sometimes you just can’t beat the service of a small, local company and Balos Plumbing proved that to be true. I highly recommend this business for any of your plumbing needs and will definitely be using him in the future!

Great plumber who came in the snow when our water heater burst. He was very knowledgeable and presented options for best price replacement. He was very friendly and gave me information about how to maintain the new water heater. Applied the service fee to the cost of service and even replaced another issue we had with our water pressure for a reduced price. Overall very satisfied and cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes in the area. Highly recommend!

Got a 10’ - 4” pvc at Lowes for $12 but wait maybe we could go to a wholesale place like this and save a trip and get a better price, wrong it was $27 here dont bother with their high prices. take the trip and support big business I guess. Very sad to see the price gouge.
