I'm a DIYer to the core so it hurt me to have to call someone but I'm glad I found Balos. I wanted to swap the fixtures in my guest bathroom to something more modern and user friendly. The plumbing is 30 years old and there was no east swap to modern options. Robert showed up and did a clean, professional job. Exactly what you hope for when you have someone work on your house. You want them to do it BETTER than you could. We got our money's worth.

This really is the best plumber I’ve worked with. Rob is not only professional, but extremely knowledgable! He takes time to explain what is wrong and also explains how he is fixing it. He installed a new hot water heater in our home a few months ago without any issues. I look forward to using Balos Plumbing in the future for all my plumbing needs.

One of the most knowledgeable and fair plumbers I’ve ever worked with.
We had a leak in our water heater and needed it replaced. Rob came out the next day to check it out and replace it. He asked clarifying questions to get to the root of the problem and was able to explain to me the issue and replaced the water heater.
He also helped diagnose what we thought was a clog but he was able to deduce it was a homeowner special we need to rectify by the previous homeowner.
Every time I work with him he’s fair and knowledgeable, doing everything he can to do the best job.

Had a clogged sewer drain, and Rob came out and fixed my issues. They even managed to come out a couple days earlier than the appointment, walked me through everything that they were doing, made sure that I was aware of everything they found. When it turned out that I needed a section of sewer line replaced they performed the job quickly and affordably, cleaned up everything so that I didnt have to dispose of the pipes or concrete, and were done in less than two days of work.

Robert has been our go to plumber since we moved to Clayton. He first did all of the plumbing for our master bathroom remodel, then we had him back to redo all of our faucets when we replaced every countertop in the house. He came out most recently for an emergency water heater replacement. Regardless of the job, he is always prompt, fair, friendly, and the work is top tier. We’ll absolutely continue to call him for any and all plumbing needs for our home.

Robert was extremely responsive, even after business hours to set up a meeting for the next day. They were professional, communicative, and were able to install a new water heater at our house quickly the following morning. Would not hesitate to call them again.

Professional, punctual, personal service. Robert arrived ahead of the specified time to fix an issue which nearly caused a flood in the laundry room. The parts had to be located to fix the water hose on our washing machine. He located them quickly, and returned to complete the job. He also took the time to educate us regarding avoiding other issues that may cause plumbing issues. If the need arises, we will definitely call Balos.

Contacted Balos Plumbing this morning about a clogged pipe and leaking into the kitchen downstairs. They were professional, friendly, helpful, and got me scheduled for same day service. Problem was taken care of quickly and he provided advice to avoid a future recurrence. I would definitely recommend Balos Plumbing and use their services again.

We’re very grateful to Robert for everything he did for us. He did a great job, was very kind, and thoroughly explained the (very sewage-y) issue and how to fix it. He came back twice working to solve this issue and made sure that we were able to use the water in the house, then a third time to make our tub usable again.

I had Rob Balos from Balos Plumbing LLC come by to check a leak in my ceiling. Rob quickly diagnosed that it was actually my washing machine over flow pipe. My drain pan wasn't seated properly causing the leak. He fixed my issues and I have not had any problems since. Balos plumbing is an honest business and I proudly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Our water heater went out so we called Rob. He was great to work with! He came out the same day to assess the existing heater and gave us options before just telling us it needed to be replaced. He was mindful of our budget and detailed with the quote to replace. When we decided to just replace instead of repair he was able to get a new heater installed that evening. We were so grateful for his knowledge and customer service. If we need any plumbing in the future, we will call Rob Balos.
