You can truly see his experience with the way he works and speaks about his job. So happy to have a trust worthy, knowledgeable and professional plumber for whenever we may have another plumbing issue!

We had a plumbing leak - Balos showed up exactly as promised - they came in evaluated the cause and proposed a resolution- after a quick trip to pick up a part they completed the repair. Problem resolved! They cleaned up everything from the repair. I couldn’t be happier! Great job!

I can’t speak highly enough about the experience I had with Balos plumbing. They are a small family run business where they actually care about their customers and do the right thing without trying to screw you over like other companies. I had a leak coming from one of my toilets which I made worse after watching a bunch of YouTube videos and pretending I was a plumber. Robert was awesome. Very experienced, knowledgeable, was able to explain everything that needed to be done, didn’t try to oversell anything, and at the end of the day did a high-quality job for a very fair price.

He has done work at my father’s house and he had the same positive experience. If you’re looking For a plumber that you can trust on experience, on quality, and in general a good guy that will do the right thing then I wouldn’t hesitate to call Balos.

Balos plumbing saved the day! We had recently purchased our home a few weeks prior when we noticed a massive amount of water coming from the crawl space. Upon inspection, our well was leaking. Balos plumbing arrived within the hour of the call, assessed the situation, and quickly made the repair to the water line. While the plumber was below the house, he pointed out that my water heater was also on its last legs and showed me a leak from there as well. We decided to replace the water heater and that too was done on the same day. On a separate occasion we noticed a leak from under our sink and they came out and fixed that the same day as well. We will be calling Balos plumbing if we ever have any plumbing needs and will be referring them to anyone who needs a plumber as well.

I am so happy and blessed that a friend of mine referred me to Balos plumbing. We had an emergency with a leak from our washer machine hookups turning into a flood in our utility room. We tried to troubleshoot it but failed. We needed help right away because we had to shut off the hot water in the house. Robert the owner came within a couple hours of calling him, assessed the leaking problem and fixed it very quickly. He was kind and very informative, told me everything he did and why it was leaking. Robert (the owner and) Sam came to the house to clean and drain my hot water heater. They have a special rate right now available till September. The office lady Ruth is so sweet and Robert and Sam were so nice, knowledgeable and respectful. They explained everything and showed me what they did when they finished. Just had the best plumbing experience with Balos Plumbing. I called them this morning about a leak under my kitchen sink. Robert was able to come out today, assess my situation and provide a solution. They are extremely kind and he answered every single one of my questions and concerns. Both of my toilets and bathroom faucet have been leaking for months. I tried to replace a part myself but it was still running & dripping. This made my water bill go up over $100!!

I’m so glad I called Balos Plumbing. Robert was patient & listened to all my concerns. He fixed both toilets and tightened my faucet. He even went out of his way to show me where the turn off valve for the house is & how to replace parts of the toilet if I ever run into this again.
