We had a full plumbing inspection that was quick without compromising quality! We were even surprised that we were given a 2 hour window and got the call at the beginning of the window that he was on his way, rather than the end with most service providers! Professional, knowledgeable and very personable service! Highly recommend!

William Parrish plumbing is now my go-to plumber for all future issues. William responded quickly and fixed a serious clog in our pipes. We were able to see exactly what was happening as he had a camera inside to monitor progress. Friendly, efficient, responsive, and most importantly, fair and affordable pricing.

Scott was great. I called later in the day and he came out the next day. He worked hard to get the entire job done in one day. Problem was with an outdoor faucet that leaked into the house. I'm much more comfortable knowing the problem has been taken care of.

William Parrish was great, very professional and very friendly. Work was done efficiently and cleanly, he took the time up front to protect the floors around the work area, cleaned up afterward, new device runs great. Took extra time explaining tips for longer life. Overall wonderful experience, will use them for all my plumbing needs in Carolina Beach and Cary!

William was very responsive, he came out the same day to give me a quote, arrived earlier than expected (he called first to say he was on the way) and had boot covers, mask, gloves and disinfecting spray for COVID precautions. He was very personable and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and appears to be excellent quality work. I will definitely call William for future plumbing work!

If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! I called William on a whim, not knowing what was wrong with our water heater or who to call. William responded quickly with a GREAT quote, and said he could be to our home within the hour. He was on time and so, so kind. He helped me understand the issue and how he could fix it, I was beyond relieved that I was dealing with someone who genuinely cared about us and our home! He kept me updated on the process as he worked which I really appreciated, and he sanitized the area he worked in when he was finished (and even rolled up our garden hose beside the area he was working in! SO nice). He went above and beyond, I learned things about the water heater that I'm really thankful he took time to mention. As a new homeowner and new to the area, it's a little difficult finding service providers that you can trust. We got so lucky calling William Parrish Plumbing, I couldn't recommend him and his team enough!

William Parrish Plumbing did a great job installing a new tankless water heater for us. Nahu was great to work with. He was great at communicating what had to be done, he showed up on time and even finished the job in less time than he had estimated. Would definitely use William Parrish Plumbing for any of your plumbing issues.

Nahu was wonderful with explaining everything and going through all the options on the decision with fixing the water expansion tank. He even answered additional questions regarding water heaters. Jesus was wonderful with the fix itself and cleaning everything up and verifying it was all good before leaving.

Nahu is fabulous!!! He came for my annual routine water heater maintenance and discovered a small water leak from one of the pipes coming from the house. He replaced that faulty pipe which had been installed during the original construction of my home. By discovering the small leak he was able to repair it before further damage to the sheetrock and interior insulation. I’m so grateful for his conscientious work and commitment to perfection!!! Thank you so much, Nahu!!!!
