Upon calling CCC, I spoke with Cornelius, telling him that I needed my carpets cleaned in the next day or two. He was courteous and prompt with scheduling me. He did a thorough job and was very professional. I would hire cleaner carpet concepts of Charlotte again.

This company showed up after giving a quote on the dimensions of the couch and tried to charge me an additional 100 dollars for the same size couch he quoted. I would not recommend. Will never use this company again. I gave you the dimensions of the sectional and you gave me a price it was actually smaller then I told you it was. And you took money from my wife when I told you I did not want the service due to the price change. Bad business would stay far away.

Cleaner Carpet Concepts (CCC) provides top-notch, knowledgeable services to it's customers and is 2nd to none. I've used many various carpet, upholstery and floor cleaning companies over the years (more familiar, bigger named companies in the Charlotte region), but I met Cornelius of Cleaner Carpet Concepts at a small business vendor fair years ago. In the few minutes that we spoke, I found his knowledge of carpet and floors to be extensive, so I decided to give him a call for my next cleaning. We were/are extemely satisfied with his outstanding work and as a result, he's cleaned carpets, upholstery and/or floors (including grout cleaning) at three (3) of our properties, soon to be 4. CCC uses methods that don't saturate your carpet with water nor do they use harsh chemicals. They get the crevice at the baseboard perimeter clean, an area that l've had issues with when using other big name carpet cleaning services. He's timely, easy to schedule, does fantastic work with integrity at a very fair price, and he takes pride in his work. I do highly recommend him.

I have never had a worker in my home who worked as hard as Cornelius did. He worked for three hours on an old soiled (ivory-colored) sofa and made it look like new. He also cleaned a white sofa and a rug that my three dogs had made nasty, and they, too, looked like new. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mr. Cornelius provided the best carpet cleaning my house has ever had. He was very professional and personable at the same time. Definitely will be using this company for all my carpet cleaning needs.

Cleaner Carpet Concepts was fabulous! Cornelius was professional and very nice. Our carpet was just over three years old and had never been professionally cleaned. We have five children and a dog, so it was past the time to clean our carpets. Our carpet now looks brand new! Cornelius worked hard to remove pet stains, and was even able to remove a 3 year old silly puddy stain! Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again!

This will be my go to carpet and tile floor cleaner. He was responsive, on time and did an awesome job getting my 6 year old tile floors cleaned. The grout between the tiles was black and now is a beautifully sealed color that will last for years. He got a "doggie" carpet stain out that had been previously cleaned by another company two different times. Thank you for doing a great job! Service was amazing and the price was unbeatable! You can see in the pictures my floors like brand new!

We found CCC through a google search and I'm so glad we did. They were professional and I totally trusted them to be here while we weren't here. And most importantly, my carpet looks brand new and smells great. And to top it off they are certified green, which I love. Our carpet also dried so much faster than with previous cleanings with other companies. I will definitely be giving their info to my friends and will be calling them again!

I'm very pleased with the work Cornelius did on our engineered wood floors which we damaged by using the wrong cleaning products so he had to strip and do a deep clean. They came out awesome after he completed the work! We're very happy with everything from the quick response to communications, reasonable price, great service and attention to detail. Quick, efficient, & professional. Cornelius did an amazing job on my carpets, I'm very happy with the results. I called and he was able to come the next day. I had no hope for my stairway (high traffic area) the carpets are an off white. He managed to rid it of all dirt and pet stains! Carpets are beautiful & look new again. Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently purchased a home and needed the carpet cleaned quickly prior to moving in. I met Cornelius at our home so he could see the scope of work and quickly discovered 1) He is very educated on floor cleaning 2) His business isn’t just about a transaction but more importantly a relationship.

Needless to say he got the job! He cleaned the carpet in multiple rooms and a suede sofa set. I wanted my hardwoods cleaned but he advised me not to which showed his integrity. All in all, I was very impressed by Cornelius’ professionalism and his company’s work product. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Our hardwood floors needed major repair to return them back to what hardwood floors should be due to being ruined from prior contract work. We will definitely use their services again. I work for On Point Flooring in Concord. I was called to a home whose owner wanted to replace the carpet that had stains which no one could get out. The carpet was really nice, so I suggested he try a power cleaning before replacing the carpet. Cleaner Carpet Concepts has a unique eco-friendly process and everyone loves the owner Cornelius so it was worth a try.

Customer called me moments ago with this message:

I called that morning and Cornelius arrived same day, early afternoon. He did a fantastic job cleaning coffee and pet stains on white carpet. I had attempted to clean the stains previously with no success. He charged a fair price for the job and left my carpet looking brand new. I highly recommend Cornelius and will definitely use him again.
