Listen, from the first day of the Grand opening i walked in and was greeted with love you could tell it was a family enviorment. Going on a month and a half maybe 2 months now my buisness thrives because of this place... Spoke to guy on phone.told him what i needed.
He double checked stock.said he had it.when i got there it was bagged on counter.
Guys were very professional and knowledgeable.
Clean and orrganized shop too.

Oh from the moment I walked in Reggie and Rashad offered exceptional customer service. Especially for newer guys in the industry, shopping for Equipment can be very overwhelming but Reggie and his team were extremely helpful.

Rashad & his team goes above & beyond, the customer service at The Pressure Washing Supply Store is simply unmatched, ever since the first time I came, I was greeted with a smile. I’ve been to several Pressure Washing stores all the way from Winston to Troutman, but I always find myself making a little longer drive to Concord to go see Rashad. The experience & knowledge Rashad has is incredible. Definitely HIGHLY, HIGLY recommend!

It’s impossible to speak too highly of Reggie and Rashad. Whether you’re a 20+ year veteran or you bought some janky used setup off of Facebook marketplace and know next to nothing about pressure washing (I fall into the latter category), these guys can help you out with everything from answers to basic questions to chemicals, equipment, repairs and everything in between.

Reggie and Rashad understand that getting repeat business means giving you the tools and info you need to be successful. They’re not looking to make a quick buck by selling you something you don’t need, nor are they willing to pass you over because the next guy in line is spending more money than you. These guys have given me their time on multiple occasions when all I needed was a cheap part, a few gallons of SH or just had a general question about how to tackle a job.

These guys are world class and I’d recommend them a thousand times over. Thank you guys for all you do!

I purchased a soft wash skid from Midwest Washing Equipment in Indiana and had it shipped to The Pressure Washing Supply Store in Concord, NC. It was there where I received training with Reggie and his team on the basics of pressure/soft washing, chemicals and how to operate the equipment. Great people! They also carry the needed parts and supplies required for the job. Thank you!

We stopped in today for their Grand Opening and to pick up supplies. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. They also had food, which definitely didn’t hurt! Either way, we left with F9 Barc concrete cleaner. They are well stocked with pressure washing cleaning supplies. You should check them out for all of your pressure washing needs. The owner is super knowledgeable about cleaners and will offer his expertise.

For my personal properties use. Searched for a closer supply store than the one I used to go to in Raleigh. Googled and found PWSS, a family-owned business. They have the good commercial chem's I like. Great, friendly, knowledge staff. Rashad and counter person were extremely helpful and not pushy. I will def be back and maybe buy some toys to upgrade my setup. Thanks Rashad and team!

Today was my fist time stopping by after finding out about them. Picked up some kamikaze surfactant at a good price. Got to look around and will definitely be back soon. Everyone was supper helpful and easy to talk to. Definitely somewhere I want to spend my money and help local businesses like mine.
