Mr. Roseman arrived on time, took a look at the areas I needed cleaned and quoted me a very reasonable price, especially considering the age of my carpets and that I have elderly dogs that have left stains and odors. We used Roseman to come in and clean our upholstery that was starting to look a little sad. The sectional sofa, fabric, ottoman, and recliner all have a new life! They look and smell fresh and clean and I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, quality of service, and quality of communication! I felt like we were given a great price and while here, they were also able to give my neighbor a quote or less than half of a previous quote to clean three area rugs. Mr. Roseman did an amazing job with cleaning the carpets of 7 spaces in my home with very reasonable pricing. He cleaned the carpets in my living room, dining room, downstairs hallway, family room, stairs, upstairs hallway and kids' room. The work was done within 2 and a half hours. Chris Roseman scheduled an evaluation, gave me a great estimate, and quickly scheduled my commercial retail space. He and a staff member arranged to come in on a weekend (when we were closed) and did a phenomenal job. Super nice gentlemen, very professional, thorough and I will use them next time for sure. I have been with Fish for my commercial building since 2018. I have a great deal of large windows almost 30 feet off the ground. Fish window cleaning started with me and helped me figure out some of the challenges to maintenance issues from the beginning. They are very good at communicating and have been responsive to my special needs. There are times where I have needed work to be done on the first floor as well and they were able to add it for a reasonable fee. I would highly recommend them if you have a commercial property that you are managing or maintaining .
