Chris and I, actually even my kids love the Moore family. Not only are they professional with their knowledge and expertise, but they quickly became like family. We absolutely adore them as our supplier but what makes it worth it all is our lasting bonds we have created.

Reggie answered all my questions regarding which chemical I should use for a certain application and pointed me towards the right product. Highly knowledgeable and great customer service overall. Definitely check this place out.

I can't say enough about Reggie and Rashad! I have had a few problems with my trailers that I have built myself over the years and they pointed out and fixed those issues. Great customer service!! To date they are the only shop that has EVER cleaned my trailer after servicing my equipment. Forever Gratetful! Go see them!!

I am rather new to the industry. I stopped by for the first time not knowing anything about the store. The staff treated me no different than the guy that has been in the industry for 20 years. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they have a wide range of products and equipment. Easy location to get SH as well.

Reggie and the team at Pressure Washing Supply Store were great to work with! They built my new pressure washing trailer and made they entire process turn key for me. I'm very busy so I told them my needs and budget and they setup my trailer quickly and made the process very easy for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the pressure washing industry!

This place is awesome. I was in a bad bind. Thought I needed new valves in my 8gpm pump. Called them in the morning and Reggie told me to bring it in that he could take a look and that they had the valves in stock. I got there and they quickly jumped on my machine, took the pump apart, removed the old valves and cleaned out the trash stuck in them. There was no need for new valves, and they could have easily told me that I did need a new valve kit, but they were honest and charged me an incredibly fair “quick labor” charge and I was back to work that same day. This was last week April 30 I think? so like everyone I’m slammed this time of year. I can’t say enough about this company. They earned a life long customer! When I made this appointment, I was quoted a certain amount but never received an email confirmation at all, despite asking for one. When the technician arrived, he was 20 minutes late and quoted me twice the amount I was originally told and wouldn’t accept that I was told a lower number. The customer service I received from a so called “Christian” company was completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed and will never be using them again nor recommending them to anyone else.

This company is getting saved in my phone contacts. I will certainly be a repeated customer. Timely, courteous, extremely affordable and most important effective! I looked at my carpet and saw defeat but now my carpet looks like new (no exaggeration).
