The process from start to finish was seamless and our new roof looks amazing. The product, attention to detail and customer service is top notch.

Jerry Farrell (Project Manager) was our primary contact for the job, he provided excellent customer service by setting expectations upfrot and keeping us well informed of the roofing progress via conversations and pictures. Once the roof was complete, he went out of his way on a Sunday to stop by and replace our gable screen in the attic. He also provided his phone number and welcomed calls if we have any future questions / issues.

In addition, Drew Velez (Proposal Estimate) and Amber Terry (Administrative Services) are excellent members of the team and played a crucial role in providing cost estimates, scheduling and check-in calls.

I used Feazel for my house in 2017 and had a decent experience.

They were contracted to do the roofs for a rental property I own in Morrisville last year. During their project, they caused a big crack in my 1st floor ceiling. I tried to reach out to them multiple times. They finally got back to me, came to the property and did admit they caused the issue. They said they would help fix it. After multiple attempts to reconnect with them, they were unresponsive.

In total I contacted them 10 times over the course of 8-9 months. I was always professional with them but they never responded. I just paid for the fix out of pocket because the issue was getting worse over time.

I'd go with a different roofing company if you need some work done.

Was impressed from beginning to end with this company. In Raleigh or surrounding NC areas ask for Chris!!! He sat down with us, walked and talked the property to see and understand our concerns, all while giving a lot of time and attention to detail to explain process, products, etc. Couldn't be a nicer more trustworthy guy. Follows up and makes sure you're taken care of from beginning to end. This company does not short cut. They used quality materials and when found an unexpected issue they made sure to correct what had been previously done (by original builder) to make it right and secure. Roofing does not excite me but if you have to have it done these are the people to do it right, while protecting your property and leaving everything clean and neat. Really professional and hard working crew. Highly impressed and recommend

Jerry Farrell - Project Manager was excellent with all communications about our project. He was professional, courtesy and on-time. When asked to look at a roofing issue that was not within the original scope of work requested, he had no problem checking it out for us. There was a small caulking issue that was causing a leak and he and his team made the repair. We sincerely appreciate that level of service that went above and beyond. I just had my roof replaced by Feazel, and I was so impressed with their service! Chris did a very thorough job with the inspection and initial consult. The roof was very old and had likely been reshingled several times. It was in such rough shape that we decided to replace the entire roof deck. I’d gotten estimates from several companies and decided to go with Feazel because their bid was competitive and there was less wait time to get on the schedule.
Jerry, the project manager, arrived early to check that the crew had everything they needed to get the job done. The crew came early every day and were very careful to cover up the plantings etc. They sent me photos throughout the day showing the progress and details I could not have seen without getting on the roof myself. Once the job was complete they did a very thorough clean up. Jerry came back the next day to do another walk around for any missed debris.
I highly recommend Feazel! It was a fantastic experience.

Although cleanup after project was not great, Jerry came the next day himself and cleaned up to our satisfaction. Overall we had a good experience with Feazel. He was very communicative, and his crew was fast and professional. They had our entire roof replaced in 12 hours and left my yard in better condition than they found it. My sales rep Brian Amador made the insurance process so easy! In 2-3 days I reached the stage that waiting for the check. The inspection Brian did is very impressive in detail, which is a key to a successful claim. I am also impressed by how fast Brian and the construction manager addressed one unexpected issue when occurred. 730AM in the morning when I need them they were there for me and in less than an hour everything was clarified.
The replacement was completed in one day. The crew did a thorough check to make sure no nails left behind. The next day, the construction manger showed up and rechecked the roof, the grass to make sure everything is fine. Couple days later a follow up call again to check the satisfaction and reinstate the waranty.
The process is much easier than what I thought. Thanks to Brian to take care of the insurance process and address all questions very patiently (I am a person who likes to make sure all are crystal clear prior so lots questions were brought out). I am happy that my neighbour recommended Brian and Feazel to me and am happy to recommend him to everyone who needs a roof inspection.

We contacted Feazel to look at our roof and ultimately replace and were super impressed. We met with Drew first, who did an inspection of our roof and explained what we needed and their process in good detail. Our project manager, Jerry, kept us updated throughout the day on the roof's progress and did a good job explaining what they did and how to contact them in the future. The construction crew did a really good job cleaning up and we could barely tell they were there afterwards (aside from the new roof).

Feazel roofing was Top notch from inspection to final repairs. Tim Squire and Dustin Johnston where both Program/Project Managers and steward’s in customer service. I know the frustration of having to track down PM’s in construction projects, but this was not that company. Every question was responded to very quickly and all meets on time. As a former Marine punctuality is a must.
Day of the of the job start, Start time 7:30am on time. The roofers had the front side completed when the sky’s opened up and the rain came down hard. The team had the roof tarped in under 10 minutes and we did get some water damage in the Master Bedroom. I wanted you all to know this because life does happen. Within ONE week the repairs were completed and every portion of the job left our new home in better condition from when Feazel first started the job. The warranty is unmatched, and we are completely satisfied with the final outcome.

Extremely disappointed with this company and I would steer clear. Our community has hired them twice for replacing different sections in townhomes over the last two years. They sent their crew out to our community extremely early in the morning, treating the entire neighborhood like their construction site. There is a clear noise ordinance on when construction can start - and it should be obvious you can't be hammering on roofs and blocking people in at 6:15AM. Unfortunately not a single person spoke English on site either. If they are so obvious and brazen to cut corners on something like a noise ordinance, you can be certain they are elsewhere.
