Feazel roofing is the best, hands down. Working with Clint, Dustin, Jeannie and Amber was flawless. Everything from the initial inspection, all of the way through the build cleanup, could not have been easier. They worked with my insurance company and received approval for a full roof replacement for hail and wind damage. I would not look anywhere else!!!

Jerry Farrell PM and his crew were excellent 👌. He and his team performed an excellent quality install. They were clean, professional fast and provided continuous updates throughout the process.

Feazel Roofing just replaced the 30 plus year old roof on our house. It looks great! The project manager, Jerry Ferrall, did an excellent job of keeping us informed of work progression and additional rot discovery via texts and photos. He told us they would arrive at 6 am and they did. The whole crew were very friendly, respectful and professional. We are very pleased with the job.

I’ve worked with many contractors over the decades but Feazel has proven itself to be a top rung company. They did an exceptional job at all levels and across the various teams, including Customer Support, Project Management, Operations and skilled laborers. It was a terrific experience throughout the whole process. Colby Cash repeatedly showed himself to be an exceptional manager and leader for the business. He continually delivered outstanding results. I couldn’t be more pleased!

We had a unfavorable experience with Feazel after completing a neighborhood roofing project for our community. They left behind significant damage (broken screens, damaged siding, scratched windows, & a damaged wooden outdoor kids playset). We were told things would be tarped to help prevent damage and they were not (I work from home and was able to observe the work). After many attempts at making contact and speaking to Kevin and Keith they have yet to repair the damages and address the issues. The photos are from my home but there are similar issues throughout the neighborhood.

Feazel was the 4th company that tried to get my roof approved and was the only one to be successful through my insurance company. My rep Mercedes was a rockstar by being consistent and persistent with my insurance company who only wanted to patch up shingles. Jerry the site manager and crew knocked out the job in less than 2 days leaving me with a brand new beautiful roof with no signs of construction due to the through cleaning after the job.

We could not be more pleased with the work the Feazel team provided. We had a huge project with a lot of details that was executed beautifully! Quality work, prompt communication, and easy paperwork. This sums up our experience with Feazel Roofing. After a terrible hailstorm damaged our shingled roof, our metal porch roof, and gutters, we searched for a local, trusted company and settled on Feazel. We were not disappointed. I think the quality and installation of our shingles, metal roof and gutters are better than the original builders work (our house is only 3 years old). Everyone we dealt with from Ryan Rodriguez in Sales, to Amber Terry in the Production Office, to our Project Manger, Dustin Johnson, was professional, courteous, and prompt with all communications and scheduling. Overall, we had a great experience with Feazel Roofing and are recommending them to our neighbors, family, and friends.

Feazel did a great job on our new roof! Jerry was great and kept us up to date on what was going on and sent us pictures of the progress throughout the day. He came back the day after and made sure everything was cleaned appropriately, even in the rain.

I was connected with Feazel through Angie and as soon as I met Drew Velez and he began talking to me I felt the professionalism of the company through his explanation of the work they have done and his understanding of my needs. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision, the entire contract portion was very smooth and stress-free. I have added several photos showing the siding job after they were done and some after it was painted. The project manager Dustin Johnson had reached out to me before the start of the project and kept me up to date with the process and time-line of the project. Dustin's crew is amazing at what they do, they kept the area clean while working and before they left for the day, they even brought some unseen issues to my attention before continuing, allowing me time to work with Dustin to work things out. I have a few other siding jobs to get done and I know now that I can skip the search for a good company that I can trust because Feazel Roofing will be my choice of contractor. I also want to say that if you have a siding job you will not be disappointed if you choose Feazel Roofing for the job or any other of their exterior services they offer.

If you need a new roof, I HIGHLY recommend Feazel. From the beginning of the project through completion, Dwayne Thomas, my sales rep, took care of every detail. His dedication to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. He took the time to listen to the issues I had with water damage and wear and tear and made great recommendations that fell within my budget, right down not the color of my shingles. Jerry Farrell, the project manager, came out the day before to check the materials to make sure everything was good to go and their 3-man crew replaced my roof in ONE DAY! I couldn’t believe it! Then Jerry came back the next morning to make sure my property was clear of debris, and nails. These guys are AMAZING! 10 out of 10!!

I'm very pleased with my experience with Feazel. Both Chris Brosnan, who inspected our roof and guided us through the process, and Jerry Farrell, the project manager on site, were very helpful and responsive through the whole process. Our new roof looks amazing and I would recommend Feazel to anyone in the market.

Discovered our roof had issues after storms came through the area (14 year old house, of course builder used cheap materials and labor).
Called Feazel and had a field report out to look things over within 2 days. Home insurance of course wouldn't pay because the issues were "manufacturing defects" (explains why the builders warranty only covered the first year).
Feazel set us up with a financial institution because this roof was going to run us almost $18,000 .
Once everything was ready, and weather cooperated, they had a crew out and all the work completed in one 12 hour work day.

*EDIT* last week, with all the crazy thunderstorms, I discovered that water was coming in through our bathroom vent (dripping out of exhaust vent over the toilet). I called and reported this issue and they arranged to get a roof technician over as soon as possible. I went into my attic crawlspace to see how bad this was and discovered that the water was evidently only coming down inside the pipe, so I only needed rain caps on the outside vent stacks. I relayed this to Feazel, but they never told the tech. He showed up with no caps and the closest store with company account was 30 miles away.
So he made some caps. Which totally capped the bathroom vent, and therefore broke code. Bathroom vent pipes have to be able to vent. Luckily I decided to check on the work and ordered the proper caps on Amazon and fixed the issue myself.
