Amazing what we can accomplish with a little bit of power washing and renewal of gravel and polymeric sand can do.

Arthur and his crew added a stone patio and built-in BBQ to our backyard. The crew was professional, efficient and respectful of my property. Seeing the StoneMasons at work one can appreciate the artistry of their profession. They take great pride in their craft. Very pleased with the project. I highly recommend Arthur and his team.

J&A Stone Works gets my strongest recommendation. I contacted them to fix an erosion problem caused by a storm drain on my property. Arthur took the time to thoroughly understand the requirements of the project and developed a sound plan. The quality of work is excellent. The attention to detail is amazing. The clean-up was flawless. J&A Stone Works exceeded all my expectations.

We had a first-rate experience with Arthur and his team! Arthur perfectly understood the engineering requirements and came up with a back yard patio solution that not only looks terrific but conforms to the regulations in our community. We received his name from several neighbors who were delighted with his work.
Arthur helped us plan the perfect patio design and color scheme to coordinate with our home. His team’s craftsmanship was impeccable. The installation went quickly and efficiently. His team left the property in beautiful shape, installing new grass and mulch around the patio. This patio is in beautiful condition after almost a year. We give this company our highest recommendation. -
Arturo and his talented team delivered on our dream backyard, and more! He took our vision and built upon it in ways we never could have imagined, creating a gorgeous outdoor living space that is also functional and thoughtful. His team is knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, and just a pleasure to have on site. From the beginning of our plans, he was more than fair with pricing, and after vetting 2 other masonry companies, it was simply no question for us, and we will do it again (and again). We highly recommend J&A Stone Works. This company and the team clearly takes immense pride in their work, it shows, and we are grateful to them.

Their rep visiting my home, looked at the problem, and recommended how I could solve it on my own. This is a company you can trust. Also, they sent me a photo of their rep in advance, and he showed up on time. That doesn't happen a lot anymore either.

Lindsley Waterproofing did a wonderful job of resolving a complex drainage issue at my home. The team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

I have had Lindsley Waterproofing over three times. The first job effectively waterproofed a basement under a patio area. The second job was for installation of French drains across the front of my house. Six years later, when the walls of the basement began to leak, I learned that they have so many exceptions in their "25-year guarantee" that it wasn't worth the paper it was written on. At great expense to me, they recommended augmentation of the original job. I agreed. Due to a combination of poor communication between the estimator and the scheduling people in the office, delays, inexperienced laborers, and recent rains, I now have to replace two walls in a downstairs room. Yet it appears that water is still coming in! Their response -- a shrug.

Lindsley Waterproofing, Inc. did a job for me in 2002 with 15 helical piers, sump pump, etc. major repair! With our alternating extreme droughts and heavy rains, my house had a weak spot that continued to show movement. Jim Lindsley, true to his warranty, monitored the movement regularly and made some adjustments to the piers. Finally this year we discovered the horrible fact that the weak spot did not have a pier supporting it. Digging through the paper work from the past, I discovered the engineer's report which recommended 15 piers as compared to Jim's original plan of 13, focused mainly on the north end of the house where the big sinking was going on. The engineer had spread out the placement of the piers, but sadly left the weakest spot unsupported. I had ordered this engineer's report to be safe, but what cruel irony that his plan was wrong! Jim's original drawing would have protected my house so much better. I am sorry Jim gave in to the engineer's plan, but when you consider that now all these jobs are supposed to have an engineer's report, it puts the foundation companies in a hard place--look at this example. I recognize that there are many excellent engineers, but it's like the doctor joke: what do you call the lowest ranking student among the medical school graduates? "Doctor." Sometimes the people on the job with the experience DO know more than the "experts." In my case the engineer gets by with no consequences whatsoever. I'm the one who has to pay the higher price for the repair, but Jim Lindsley is giving me a discount for his part in the mistake of having followed the engineer's plan instead of his instincts. I find this honorable and decent.

I have benefited since 2011 from the waterproofing and foundation stabilization performed by Lindsley Waterproofing. I was pleased that their work incorporated recommendations from a paid independent structural engineer. They presented me with a detailed proposal with easy to understand diagrams and materials to be used for my unique situation. I was very pleased that they had the expertise to install glass blocks into basement windows and cut a basement door to the yard.
My basement is free of water and mud. I have outside light with privacy coming into the area. The brickwork looks great and the foundation has been stabilized. Express your unique needs and concerns and rest assured that Lindsley Waterproofing will listen and return with viable options and long lasting solutions. Thank you, Lindsley Waterproofing -
Lindsley Waterproofing recently completed a project at my home and did a great job. I received four different quotes for this project, and what stood out about Jim and his team was their thoroughness. They actually addressed the cause of the problem and didn't just propose to treat a symptom. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for water preventing and/or waterproofing solutions.

Back in 1999 we had flooding issues with our home's basement, our dream of a nice family room seemed impossible. Lindsley Waterproofing was recommended to us and after the work they did we cautiously waited through a couple of storms and finished out our basement. We have had no water problems since until a few weeks back and discovered a puddle in the floor after a hard storm. I called Lindsley's and within a couple of hours a representative came and our problem was a window that needed fixed. Even though this was not a issue for Lindsley's to address the rep did a temporary fix on the window and recommended a window expert.
I just feel that this was exceptional and beyond the scope of customer service that seems to be a thing of he pass. Thank you Lindsley Waterproofing for a great job and for continuing to amaze us. We have recommended you to all our friends and will continue to do so. We can't say enough about your excellent service.
Sincerely,
Kathy & Bob B -
I waited a few months to make sure our big project was working correctly before writing a review. This was a big project involving basement water leak. We had 3 estimates and Jim came out twice to thoroughly evaluate water source and best way to fix problem. His proposal was much more detailed and a different approach than french drains and sump pumps which other businesses had recommended. We went with his more complicated gravity approach drainage that made sense to us. It also involved leveling our very long, large concrete front porch. The work was a big $ investment but we're glad we did it. The friendly crew worked hard, communicated their plans, cleaned up, can't say enough good things about them and would highly recommend Lindsley Waterproofing.

My wife and I recently bought a home in Durham and had a 30 day closing period. Although we did not use Lindsley waterproofing their prompt, thoughtful, and honest email response was much appreciated. Many other companies that I reached out to sought to charge me a few hundred dollars for an estimate but Jim and his team came to inspect for free. If we have any foundation issues in the future Lindsley will be our first call.

The team at Lindsley Waterproofing was a rare pleasure to work with. From the first interaction with the owner, Jim, who did the initial site survey to the final resolution of my water leak, the team was punctual, professional, communicated well and came prepared. Their quote was in line with the competition and their very thorough presentation with detailed diagrams and precise scope of work won my business. Even after a surprise issue was uncovered during excavation, the team remained committed to solving the problem and worked with me to come to a mutually acceptable solution that ultimately fixed my leak and returned my property to its original condition. In today's business world, there are few companies who care about their customers and go the extra mile to satisfy them. Lindsley Waterproofing is one of those few.

What a wonderful experience we had with Feazel! The supervisor inspected our roof, inside and out. Then he shared the photos with us. He told us to get other quotes then call him if we wanted Feazel. It was no pressure at all. We decided to use Feazel due to Ethens visit. Ethan helped us arrange financing for the roof that we were comfortable with. They replaced the roof within about 2 weeks. We were kept up to date with the progress by the project manager, Colby. He was a pleasure to work with. They completed our project in a single day including full cleanup of our yard. I cannot recommend Feazel enough! They are wonderful. Our roof now has a 50 year warranty and we never need to worry about the roof again. Great experience and HIGHLY recommend Feazel!!!!!

Feazel really went above and beyond with their customer service. When we bought our house in 2023, there were some small leaks in the roof that was still under warranty. They came out quickly to fix them but there was one persistent leak on the front of our house that we couldn't locate. They came out three times to try different fixes and finally found out that it wasn't a roof issue but some sealant around the window had degraded. They were under no obligation to fix this but they did anyways, free of charge. My family appreciates the stellar service on a very anxiety inducing issue. We will definitely be going with Feazel for all our roofing needs into the future.

Great experience working with Feazel! I worked with Billy Alexander and Jerry Farrell for a roof replacement on my home. They made the process relatively easy from the initial inspection all the way through project completion. They were great at communicating during each step of the process and even sent detailed pictures during the install.
Overall, it was a very straightforward process without any issues. I'd certainly use them again for any future needs.
