I had Cole Roofing replace my old roof. I can't say enough about this company. Their correspondence with me was always immediate and they were able to answer all my questions. The crew that showed up worked their tails off on one of the hottest days we've had so far. They did a fantastic job! They cleaned up everything when the job was done, and I have to say, the yard looked better after they left than before they came! I highly recommend Cole Roofing for any work you need. They did a whole roof replacement on my home, replaced damaged framing and installed two solar attic fans that I requested to be installed. Not only were they the most competitive on pricing, but their attention to detail and flawless clean-up job after it was completed was absolutely impressive.

Add in their friendly team and ease to work with, and it's hands-down one of the best home contractor experiences I've had. If they're busy and it takes a little time to schedule with them, be patient because it's for good reason. Everyone wants to work with them, and they should.

Cole Roofing was recommended to me to replace my roof by a former customer. The total experience from the inspection to the estimate, installation and final cleanup was excellent. The staff was friendly and courteous and answered all my questions and concerns. The installation crew was excellent. The work was done on schedule and the lawn was left clean.
I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them as a roofing contractor or other service they provide.

Be warned. This company replaced our skylight which we were really happy with. But do you notice the light gray tile against our black roof (see photos)? How does that look? "You signed the contract". The contract stated that they would use their own tiles - which was fine with us. But we also expected more from a professional, well-rated local business. Is it too much to ask that you do a better job matching the colors? Were you out of black tiles? Or even dark gray? Should we be grateful that they weren't white? Terrible customer service and no regard for our home.

Cole Roofing was the BEST price out of 4 estimates that I got... And on top of that, Greg Cole is very personable, honest, and communicative. I am naturally indecisive, and he came out to my house 3 TIMES to drop off samples for me.

After selection, they got to work, and everything was completed in a day. The roofing looked so impeccable.. I then decided to do gutters.. and they're 10x better than my original.

From getting a quote, to scheduling, to the actual work day, Cole roofing was easy and efficient to work with. The guys arrived right on time in the morning and were done just before 5. The crew broomed and left the house looking cleaner than when they started, and even came back the next day to run a magnet to ensure all stray nails were cleaned up. The final cost of the project was exactly what was quoted for. We are so happy with our new roof, it looks great! Mr. Cole has assisted me with two roofs over the years, and both experiences have been excellent. I can tell Mr. Cole takes great pride in serving his customers well, and I have a beautiful roof to show for it. The communication was efficient, seamless, and timely. Mr. Cole was on-site several times to make sure the job was done well. He even personally swept my yard to make sure there were no nails or hazards after the job was completed, which I greatly appreciated. They were terrific with navigating the insurance process, as well, and it gave me peace of mind that I was in good hands from start to finish.

Replacing my roof was a new experience, but working with Cole Roofing made it much easier than I expected. Greg was very responsive throughout the process, quick to respond to questions and provide guidance working with the insurance company. Great, honest company that does good work. We had a hole in our roof from a branch, and Cole Roofing was quick with an estimate and with the repairs. The repairs seem very well done (no leaks during heavy rains!). I recommend Cole Roofing.
