After consulting and getting quotes from three roofing companies, we chose Boxer Roofing to replace our roof and we could not be happier. We were not familiar with Boxer Roofing until two people we know highly recommended them to us. The fact that they were a local Durham business was also a bonus. The Owner came to our home and thoroughly explained his product, warranty and every detail of the replacement process. We were very impressed with his professionalism and it was evident the respect he has for his team as well as the commitment he has to the customer. He showed us many samples of shingles from two manufacturers that he is certified to install that we could pick from. After going up on our roof he gave us an estimate of cost. Boxer Roofing came and replaced our roof in one day. The Owner was the first to arrive and the last to leave that day. He was here to supervise every detail. His crew did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward and he even came back the next day to go over our yard again. In summary, we give Boxer Roofing our highest recommendation.

Everything went very well. Mr. Billy O'Briant was very professional. He inspected my old roof and explained in detail the options for replacing it. On the day that the roof was to be replaced, he and his team of workers arrived on time and worked very diligently to replace the roof in one day. They were very careful to cover the grounds to catch the debris and nails and did an excellent job of cleaning up after they finished. Did not return phone calls to get a quote for a new roof and failed to show up when promised. Given that getting a quote is the honeymoon phase of a project, I shudder to think what this company will do if a new roof they install for me leaks and I need them to repair it. Probably would play out like this...Phone keeps ringing, water keeps dripping. I'm passing on these guys...bu-bye.
