Arthur is amazing. So knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I’m a first time homeowner who didn’t know much about mold and was worried we had a serious problem. Arthur came all the way out, checked our entire house, assured we were taking care of our home correctly, and didn’t try to take sell me anything I didn’t need. He even gave us recommendations for fast and easy ways to clean up our problem. He is exactly the kind of person you want in your corner when it comes to protecting your home.

Arthur is the best! I called randomly after a google search. He personally answered, no answering service. We spoke about 10 minutes - he answered all of my questions and suggested things I could do & didn't need. I did not move forward with any service at that time.
I called him about a week later, b/c I trusted him based on the fact he did not try to sell me anything, took the time to actually speak to me & talked me out of things I thought I needed. I hired him to fog my home. He was able schedule it very quickly & had Robert complete the service.
I trust him and I highly recommend his company! Mold issues are complicated and they can really wreck havoc, although mold is often overlooked as causes of health issues. Arthur's professionalism and trustworthy service meant a lot, and it helped me gain a bit more piece of mind in this long process. Thanks again to Arthur, Robert & Mold Free NC!!

WOW! I contacted Servpro regarding an overflowing toilet at 3:00 p.m. Randy & Caleb arrived at my house within an hour and a half. To say their communication was on point is an understatement. Both men called and provided their ETA, walked me through each step of the process, were extremely polite and worked diligently for six hours to get our mitigation underway. I highly recommend Servpro. We had extensive damage to our home when a tree crashed through the roof during a windstorm.Their debris removal team did an excellent job led by Ken.
I have the highest praise for the contents team led by Patricia Valenzuela. She was an excellent communicator, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to organize, answer questions, and get the job done efficiently. The team of women she led worked well as a team. Patricia kept me informed as to their arrival every day and She frequently checked with me when needed about various items and did a thorough inventory. She worked with me to locate some valuable items to ensure reimbursement. She was great with our dog as well. We were grateful to have her and her team during a very difficult time.

My wife is deaf and the crew in which Ken, Caleb are in treated her with respect trying there best to communicate which is admirable. They explained I interpreted everything. Did a great job. Oh the fans did not bother her at all.

I had a wonderful experience with serv pro..all of the supervisors were helpful and available. The workers for contents and demolition were kind hard working people who were all sensitive to the loss I was experiencing. My overall experience was wonderful

They came out first thing Monday morning after my basement flooded on Sunday night during the heavy raiin inJuly. They removed carpet, cut out the sheetrock and used huge fans to dry everything. Michael and Jose were in charge of the restoration. They and their team did an excellent job and were great to work with. They repaired sheetrock, painted everything and installed a new floor. They were very responsive to any concerns I had. I am very pleased.
