A slow leak from a very old connection to the dishwasher became apparent when water started coming up between flooring planks. A call placed on a holiday weekend was answered quickly by this office. And I can't say enough positives about the experience over the next several days of the entire remediation process. The owner was full of information based on many years of experience. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. He was incredibly patient and understanding with our questions. The quality of work was amazing as well. We had a large area of water damage. The crew did an amazing job of carefully moving furniture to remove the flooring planks. Emptying damaged kitchen cabinets and placing the items in boxes with care. Even taking extra steps to keep the kitchen sink functional. I would absolutely call this office if ever in need of their services again in the future. Again, I can't say enough positives about the entire experience.

Over the weekend, we experienced water damage to our home due to a crazy storm. Through our insurance, we were thankfully paired with Red from 1800 Water Damage and he was a lifesaver. He came out first thing the next day to address it, checked in regularly, and gave very honest advice and feedback for next steps. Also, he is very courteous and responsive.
