Noman did a great job explaining everything before the project starts. And was very flexible with the actual start date.
We had a very open communication, he made sure everything is ready for the actual roof installation.
The installation crew were on time, did a great job with the installation, and even better job cleaning up.
Very easy to work with, will recommend for any future roofing needs.

Scott is very friendly and knows his job very well. He contacted my insurance company and followed up helping to get my claim processed.

The day of removal and application on my new roof went very well. Crew was to arrive at 7 AM, however when I checked at 6:20 they had arrived and were getting organized. Great crew and again they were very friendly and very efficient. Roof finished and area cleaned extremely well and crew departed prior to noon. I highly recommend ARAC Roof It Forward.

Excellent experience with Chris and Jordan, first they climbed and inspected my roof. then flew drone overhead to capture images and video of the damage from a recent thunderstorm.
And then worked with my insurance company and adjuster for the entire claim process.
My roof was replaced with Owens Shingle which was very good quality product.
The roofers did an excellent job on the installation, cleaned up
All around my house and Jordan and Chris spent a fair amount of time the at the job site watching over the tear off and replacement.
The new roof looks great, We have received some nice comments from the neighbors.
Very professional company and employees to work with.

ARAC Roofing / Pay it forward—
did an inspection of my roof and determined that I had suffered damage from recent storms. They were able to use a drone to capture video and take still pictures of the roof. that showed different area’s of shingle damage, this was all handled by ARAC and as well as dealing with my adjuster and insurance company.
Chris and Jonathan worked hard to get everything covered, and the roofing crew did an excellent job with the tear off and especially the clean up! and installing the new shingle by Owens-Corning which looks excellent on my house. Overall very good experience and would definitely recommend!

My roof was installed in October 2022 recently noticed leaking around the chimney, few drops inside my house, and on the mantle of my fireplace. Then I
called Roof it Forward to ask for some assistance and inspection..and heard back
and was told we’re not doing work in your area and your warranty has expired!
Good Luck! Wow!! Tried to call back ‘Joey’ from Atlanta he wouldn’t return my call or allow voice mail messages to be left—
This is just lousy service, after paying $24,000 along with my insurance company
for a new roof, this was just unbelievable!
I made mistake going with Roof it Forward
now would NEVER RECOMMEND!

Roof It Forward provided excellent service after a storm and hail damaged our roof. We were working on a very tight schedule and the company managed to schedule a crew and complete the job in just a few days. In addition, there was some wood repair that was added in for a very reasonable price. Roof It Forward worked very well with my insurance company. Overall, I was amazed at how well they got me through the process and in the end my new roof looks great!

Poorly installed roof on Feb. 16th 2022.
If I could zero stars I absolutely would. Roof It Forward promotes itself as a quality first company but did not provide quality when installing our roof on any level. The roof has several issues including lifted and broken shingles, uneven placement and poorly installed shingles. The "professionals" from this company only seem to have obtaining insurance claim money on their mind, as they will stop communicating and give you the run around when you have questions and concerns about the FAULTY job done. The people they hired to do the roof provided a rush job and completely mishandled the roof. No attention to detail or effort was put into our roof as evidenced by the obvious poor workmanship . The company has refused to communicate effectively with my wife and I after several attempts to resolve the issue of the poorly installed roof. Once higher management got in touch with us after SEVERAL ignored texts and phone calls, there was ZERO responsibility taken by the company and blamed it on the shingle manufacturer with still no TRUE solution to the problem given. I was told only SMALL repairs could done as they see no issue with the workmanship done while our goal is to have the entire roof completely FIXED. Scott Johnson is a dishonest sales representative with no professionalism and Jimmy Warner is a sales manager with seemingly no integrity. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS TO SAVE YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, THE HEADACHE AND NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!

A mark of a good company is how well they stand by their work. Shortly after the final inspection the drip edge started to come loose in a few area on the roof, after multiple calls and several weeks the company has still not made an effort to fix the issue. It is also worth noting that if you have pets or children take precautions. I specifically asked them to be carful with shed nails and despite their agreement to do so, I found over 200 in the lawn and around the house after they had completed their cleanup.

We worked with Shahzad Ghaffar who was very professional, communicative, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. He made a very difficult situation easier to manage.

The person that came was very attentive and listen to what I had to say about the incident. He also told me what would have to be done after checking areas. The fact that he came at the last minute was impressive, the night before I had to leave town. The owner or manager came late on Thursday evening and checked water damage and put in a dehumidifier so that I could attend a planned event that was out of town the next morning. On return to remove, they made sure items were covered, fan was placed in window to pull out excess dust etc. that was in the air because of my allergies. Fans were brought in to complete drying and afterwards equipment was removed so that claims adjuster could inspect. Smooth operation and they were very conscious of personal property.

The team were Scouts when I was not. The Scouts moto is : Be Prepared, they were. After a X-mas day pipe burst & basement flooding the company was contacted. Everyone (4 persons) came in and quickly performed the services they specialize in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Outstanding job.

We discovered a big leak on Memorial Day weekend. Not good. Shahzy and company came over to our North Raleigh location and started the cleanup process during a holiday weekend. Unexpected but very welcomed. They did a great job. Quick, clean and very professional work.
