Servpro Restoration Services with Mike St John in the lead assisted me with my kitchen restoration after I had an in the wall leak that damaged my kitchen floor. My lower cabinets had to be replaced and could not be matched with my upper cabinets. Mike worked with my insurance company, USAA, and was able to get my upper cabinets replaced also so my kitchen would match. Although it was a long process, it was worth it. I love my new kitchen. First of all let me say that when this incident occurred it was November 18 of 2024. I came home and found my entire first floor ceiling on the ground dripping with water everywhere. My wife was out of town and she was in Charleston and I immediately called Servpro of Durham within 30 minutes Jonny Vargas of Servpro of Durham came and his mitigation crew immediately got to work. The mitigation team worked throughout the next few days to set up fans and dry the entire house, completely of any moisture. Then, once the mitigation team was done, we moved into the reconstruction Phase of the process. That is when I met the amazing Mike St. John. And his associate Manuel, both of who were absolutely amazing and very communicative in their entire process of reconstructing our entire home. The entire process took a little over two weeks to get our house back and in the end, Mike and Manuel exceeded our expectations and communicated with us every step of the way and they were very, very helpful in restoring our house back to the way it was. And they even did some extra work for us like installing some new appliances and painting our entire house with a fresh coat of paint as well as completing our garage overall, I would have to recommend Servpro of Durham to anybody who has water damage and I’m sorry if water damage occurs to your house, but it’s just an unfortunate incident that if it does occur, I am glad that Servpro of Durham is here to help mitigate and reconstruct anything that you may need. Also, I would like to give a very quick shout out to Irene Acosta, who also helped us with the logistics and for the money side of this process. She was very helpful and extremely kind to my wife and I throughout this process and I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs help with water damage and reconstruction Work. The condensate line for our upstairs AC unit got clogged and overflowed while we were out of town. It wasn't a huge job, but ServiceMaster was responsive, got everything cleaned up and dried out for us quickly, and gave us peace of mind that there were no ongoing mold issues to worry about. They had all the specialized equipment to do the work properly and the price ended up being less than their original quote. Wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

I regret having Daniel Judy touch my pool. He recommended "upgrades" and turning out to be a disaster. Months later it's still not working property. I am having to call the manufacturer to get it serviced because he can't fix it. Now he doesn't even return my calls. It's a small outfit and not professional. I do not recommend.
