Mitch, Jared, and Raphael came through as a three-person team when other contractors over promised, but consistently failed to deliver. The Servpro demolition and remediation team went above and beyond to resolve my mold & mildew problems, in a prompt and professional manner.
I am extremely pleased with the work.

These guys were amazing. They called me within 45 minutes of me reporting my claim to the insurance company. They showed up the next morning and began damage control and clean up. Nelson and Russ were amazing and returned calls quickly as well as went above and beyond with coordinating the different stages from demo to reconstruction. You will not be sorry if you use these guys! They are awesome!

Absolutely fantastic service. This was the first time we ever had to use a recovery service or home insurance and it was seamless. From the initial recovery work, to the reconstruction, top-notch pros. Everything was overcommunicated by our Proj. Mgr Christian and it made a tough situation much easier to work through.

Everyone was professional and friendly. Crew members arrived on time everyday thereafter to check on the progress of drying out until the job was done. This is the second time we have used Servpro. I had a job that was causing me a lot of anxiety. Christian, the PM was a great point person, helpful and considerate, as were Manuel, Nacho and crew on the ground. I was shocked by how QUICK they were with their work, without compromising on workmanship. Everyone I talked to at servepro was kind and professional.

Servpro did an amazing job! We were set to close on our home in less than 48 hours when the sellers notified us of a leak. I had my other half Servpro the next morning to see if they could meet us there for the final inspection, as we wanted to hire our own professional to know the extent of the damage prior to closing. Long story short, hands down we recommend them and will use them in the future.

A large tree fell on our rental house "removing" much of the front quarter of the building and pulling down the power lines. We contacted ServePro of South Durham for help. Within 24 hours the house was enclosed, made waterproof and secure by their crew.
We subsequently hired them to do the repairs which were extensive including reconstruction of two exterior walls, siding replacement, the roof and damage to the interior. That effort was led by Matt Gurczynski of ServePro. The work was done well, in a timely manner and within the budget provided by our insurance company. Matt kept us updated on the progress of the work, kept it moving along and addressed unexpected (new) code changes quickly. The finished repair work more than met our expectations and we are very pleased with Matt's leadership and with the outcome. We would not hesitate to use ServPro again.

Water came in through our crawl space and flooded our basement one day before moving into our new house. I called several flood/water companies and Servpro was the only one who could meet with me same day (and I won't name names, but a few didn't even call us back!). The assessment by Stephanie was quick, and work began the next day to remove the affected flooring and then dry all the affected areas. Russ and Justin worked quickly to get up all the damaged floors and were bringing in the industrial fans and dehumidifiers in no time at all. They were professional, friendly, and resourceful. I would certainly recommend Servpro of South Durham to friends and family.

My washer on the second floor leaked through and down to the first floor. The mitigation process was pretty quick and they took care of the water damage right away. The reconstruction went by really smooth and the team they sent was fantastic.

Servpro helped me with some water damage from the storm. It was quick and seamless, took about a month for entire process. I talked to a lot of people during the project, I appreciate everyone that helped out, especially Christian, Irene, & Manuel. They all communicated easily.

After searching over a week to assist our family with mold and debris removal, we selected ServPro of Orange County mainly because of the thoroughness of Anthony the account manager. He listened to my concerns and was able to meet the timeline that the family required. They did not disappoint in going over and beyond to ensure I was a valued customer and ensure all of the valuables I wanted to preserve were carefully maintained and handled. We did have a couple of hiccups, but they resolved them very quickly which made me even more thankful, I chose them to do the demo and mold removal.

Major thanks you to Anthony's entire team Brian (crew chief). Brian was easy to work with and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. He kept me abreast of their progress and show up on time every day to start work. Alec and Bryon (technicians) were courteous and professional. I loved the tunnel they created, as well as the air cleaning machines added to ensure we mitigated any potential spores from accessing other parts of the home and ensuring the carpeting was not damaged. They handled my antique items with care and that was appreciated.

I will not hesitate to use this crew of men or refer them to my family and friends in the future.

SERVPRO handled a very sensitive and emotional crime scene clean up with compassion, courtesy, and professionalism. Irene Acosta was the Production Manager and she was an excellent leader. She was very thorough with the explanation of the process and answered my many questions. She brought a team of experts - Anthony, Bobby, Jared, and Nathaniel. The final job was beyond my high expectations. The extra care they provided to ensure the rest of the house, that was unaffected, was clean went above and beyond. I was working on some packing and taking items to my car, and they provided unsolicited assistance to me. I’d give them 10 out of 10! BTW. I left them money for lunch. They returned it to me at the end of the day. SERVPRO should be proud of this team - they represented you magnificently. My heart-felt thanks to all.

Fantastic service. We had a family member who didn't care for their house for years. Cats, alcohol, just a big problem. It smelled terrible. Everything had to go in the dumpster, all the furniture, bathroom cabinets and fixtures. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. They found and saved out a number of personal items that we thought we'd never see again. When the work was finished, the house looked and smelled wonderful. It's now ready to be painted and sold. Irene and her cleaning team are amazing, and Nelson did a great job keeping us informed. Well worth the price. I highly recommend Servpro of Durham.

We used Servpro for both the mitigation and reconstruction phases of our water leak. They did a great job with mitigation - They were prompt and efficient at cleaning up the original problem. However, when they repaired/installed our new floors that were damaged, the floors warped again after a few months and they would not accept any responsibility for the issue. I did like that you could always get a real person on the phone anytime you called!

After an ‘ill-timed situation’ Thanksgiving afternoon, I selected ServPro of South Durham to provide mitigation and restoration services to my home. Matt, Manuel and every person who entered my home were ALL kind, caring and GOOD (excellent!!) at the job they came to perform in order for me to get my home back to the way it was. I cannot thank them enough for their prompt, efficient and wonderful service….. . I have already recommended them to someone experiencing one of those dreaded situations as a homeowner.

Servpro made a stressful experience so manageable . Every single project manager and worker that entered the house was kind and friendly and professional! Warren ( mitigation) and Joe (reconstruction) were both wonderful at communicating the steps and so responsive. Joe made things on the reconstruction side move in a more than timely manner and we are so thankful to him ! The office staff Irene and Yvonne were also wonderful!! Thank you!!!

Not sure of the (bill/cost) of the job so I can't comment on that. However, Anthony, Bobby and Will were very patient, respectful and extremely thorough. With their expertise they were able to save us extra repairs by their daily inspection process and good judgement to mitigate and take out only what was needed. I was happy that it turned out that my downstairs ceiling only needed to be painted because Thanksgiving is just around the corner and that would have been quite challenging to coordinate around guests. Finally, Anthony, the supervisor on the job, during his inspection took a few minutes to reconnect my washer and dryer earlier than was scheduled, because we had laundry. Their service was a good experience!
