In 2025, we had the exterior of our house power washed and painted. We also had the cedar siding stained. Freddy was great and worked with us through the whole process; he had very helpful recommendations and was fully involved in the project. The crew worked in awful cold conditions on some days but did a superb job. Their preparation was excellent and the quality of the work was exemplary! In December, we had the interior of another house painted and they did a great job. Maria helped us as we had dings, cracks, and old paint. The place looks so much better. In the spring they will be power washing the exterior of the house and the porches. Then they’ll paint the exterior! Did I mention they put new shingles on the roof in one day too?!

Gonzalez Painters did amazing work! They found a great color match for some outdoor painting and spruced up the siding and trim around our decks. They were super communicative throughout the job--shoutout to Alejandra! Highly recommend for detail oriented painting.

Gonzales did an amazing job painting my cabinets from oak to Alabaster. Clean up and set up was amazing and manager showed up daily to oversee the project. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

We used Gonzalez for popcorn ceiling removal and they did a great job. We worked with Edward and he was very responsive with everything. They completed the work very quickly. We did a walkthrough with them after they did most of the work, and they were happy to go back and work on any small final details that we had missed before.

We had our roof replaced and the downstairs interior of our home painted within 10 days of each other. Juan Aguayo, supervisor for the roof replacement and Jeffrey Smith, production manager for the painting were very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.

We were very pleased with both jobs and the work was excellent. Everyone was very professional and the cleanup was exceptional.

Working with this painting company was incredibly easy, even during a time when I was extremely busy and couldn’t manage the details myself. They recommended neutral colors for the common spaces that made the rooms feel lighter, warmer, and more inviting, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. When I didn't have time to move furniture for a room, the crew carefully moved everything out of the way and put it all back in order, which saved me so much time and stress. Gonzalez Painters and Contractors put on a new roof for us, including replacement of 2 skylights. They fixed an existing roof design flaw by building a chimney cricket to allow better water run-off, at no extra cost. All this in one (long!)day. It was such a great experience working with Gonzalez’s team. I had them paint my exterior wall. Everyone I met was helpful and professional. The estimation person( sorry do not have his name) explained every detail and gave me a very reasonable price. Wow! This firm is superb! They installed plywood over our whole roof, installed flashing in the correct places along drip edges, and analyzed the state of our chimney. And of course, they installed a beautiful new roof with excellent quality shingles. What is really amazing is the team that worked on our home: they were professional, high level of craftsmanship, and took great care of our flowers and plants around the house. They completed the entire job in ONE DAY(in between rainstorms)!! The next day they sent the crew back to do an extra sweep of the roof and yard to make sure everything was tidy. Wow!
The day of the job was a pleasant experience too. I was able to hold a professional meeting in my home and come and go as I needed. They were a very careful about each other's safety while working on the roof. Excellent communication between crew members lead to a superior job. Very easy to communicate with the crew chief and supervisor. The supervisor let me know when we needed to change the scope if the project to add plywood. He had photos of rotted wood the crew discovered. Our roof is now solid and sparkly. ✨️

I needed some siding and trim repair, exterior paint and gutter replacement. Gonzales quoted a fair price for everything and got me scheduled quickly. Junior and his crew did an outstanding job on the carpentry and paint. They communicated with me very well and kept me up on progress. The gutter crew also did a great job. Gonzales Painters & Contractors did an outstanding job fixing the drywall and repainting the entire first floor of my home. They were professional, responsive, and finished everything in just 2 days — exactly as promised.

GPC provided a very competitive bid to conduct carpentry work to repair trim and siding on my house in Durham, and then power washing and then two coats of paint on both siding and trim. Once the bid was accepted, they scheduled the job essentially for the next week and was able to perform and complete the entire job in 5 days. The GPC crew was exceptional, very professional and courteous, skilled, and productive. Our house's exterior now sparkles and looks brand new. I am very pleased with the interior painting we had done at our home. The crew was always on time, professional and pleasant. They were very detailed and careful about the furniture, floors, etc. The project manager checked on the work several times and always asked how things were going or if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this company for great work and price.

I used the Gonzalez Company to paint the entire interior of my large two car garage prior to installing new epoxy flooring. They also constructed a small chair rail to serve as a buffer between the wall and trash/recycle cans. The job included rather expansive wall painting plus a lot of window and door trim and baseboards (see photos). I am extremely pleased with their work and the final product. A crew of about 5-6 painters showed up on time and went right to work. Several hours into the job a supervisor came by to insure everything was going well. They were meticulous in avoiding splashes or spills and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. Importantly, the Gonzalez bid for the project was highly competitive and I believe that I received great value for my money. Would not hesitate to use them again and probably will do so in the near future. 👇

Roof repair: we experienced a ceiling leak and they were able to get on the roof and give us a quote by the end of the week. We needed flashing/sealing work, and it was probably a smaller job for a company of this size. Their price was in upper-middle area compared to other quotes from other contractors and well aligned with the scope of the project. Scheduling the initial inspection, the work and the payment pickup was incredibly easy. They showed up on time and were great communicators. The roof has survived some adverse weather since, so their repairs have held well. I appreciated that they took approximately one billion pictures of our roof (before and after), which let me see the original need for the work, and the completed project. From start to finish, the project took maybe a week and a half, which is notable because we had some really foul, icy weather during that time. Really solid experience, and I def will reach out again for any future work we may need.
