Did the roofing without surprises. Good communication with thoughtful feedback to my questions. Left job site clean. Came back (as promised) a few weeks after work was done to take care of minor thing that had not arrived until after work was done. Cannot speak to "value" since this was a storm damage claim.

The Triad Roof It Forward team was great to work with. I initially was going to choose a different contractor. The team showed me that they would be committed to the job and the work performed. Never any pressure or unreal expectations. Comfortable transaction.

The contractor claimed that my roof had hail damage. He took pictures as evidence. I felt I was pressured to sign an agreement, which I refused to sign. I was getting quotes for roof work from other companies and no asked me to sign an agreement. I scheduled an inspection of my roof with my insurance adjustor, and the contractor failed to show up, prioritize my project, and share his findings with the adjustor. My adjustor said my roof was not damaged, which was in contrast to the contractor findings from Roof it Forward. Furthermore, the contractor failed to communicate with my adjustor about the inspection discrepancy as a follow-up. In summary, this process felt shady and like a scam operation to hijack insurance claims in order to gain business. It is likely that certain insurance companies participate in this hoax, but my insurance company is top rated. I would avoid this operation at all costs because an insurance fraud suit will likely arise due to their practices.

It was really great to work with Noman, who came as a reference from my community whatsapp group. He explained the insurance claim process, worked with home insurance and made sure the work was done within the committed time. I would recommend him and his company for your roof needs .

My experience with ARAC Roof It Forward was incredible and I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair work. NICK NORDIN was my roofer and main contact, and he was phenomenal. Polite. Patient. Informative. Professional. Pleasant. I enjoyed working with him and would do so again. I had an insurance repair which included inside damage. Nick talked me thru the process from start to finish while handling all of my naive questions. I was not on site at the time, and Nick kept me informed throughout the entire repair. After an initial communication hiccup which was actually not either of our faults, the lines of communication between Nick and I were open, honest, and clear. I would also like to mention that I had a bank transfer payment bounce because of an electronic snafu with my financial institution. Roof It Forward did not stress me or panic. They basically understood that these things can happen and allowed me to take care of the issue and repost my payment. No undue pressure and no rude interactions.
