Scott Johnson was very conscientious and always made himself available when I had questions. The roofing job was done on time and the team was very thorough, repairing sections of the roof that had water damage. They clean up well afterwards. I would highly recommend Roof it Forward. In fact, I have already done so to a neighborhood friend.

I worked with Chris - he was fantastic in working with the insurance company, and in keeping me apprised of the process. The new roof looks great, and the install and clean up happened in 1 day. Highly recommended.

They did a great job, or so it seemed, were on time and finished quickly but did not rush. They were very patient in waiting on the insurance reimbursement which took longer than it should have (not their fault, it was the insurance co). However, as another reviewer noted, we began to have leaking around the chimney. I called and they no longer work in our area, said our warranty on the work expired, and offered no help at all. It's also not looking as good as it did just a few years in.

ARAC Roof it Forward installed new shingles and ridge vent, and removed a chimney and attic fans. I was well informed of the scope of work prior to the installation date. The crew arrived on time, verified the scope of work before starting, and completed the work the same day. Noman was onsite, kept me informed of the progress, and inspected the work once completed. The roof had no issues after heavy rains and strong wind gusts.

Noman and the crew were wonderful to work with. There was great communication from start to finish. The project was completed as quickly as possible given holidays and weather, and they were incredibly responsive. Plus the work is great. They did everything we asked and we couldn’t be happier with the gutters and gutter guards. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I need any assistance with roofing or gutter work.

ARAC Roof It Forward did a complete tear off and re-roof of my home, and I am totally pleased. ARAC Representative Noman Iqbal did an outstanding job managing the project from the initial process of evaluating our roof, meeting with our insurance companies' adjuster, and then ultimately completing the work. I have been in the commercial building business all of my life, and consider myself very discerning (picky), and I know that I can be a pain to deal with - but Noman's very calm demeanor and professionalism made the project much smoother than I coud have anticipated. I have my own drone, and inspected the roof closely after completion, and made a "punch list" of every little thing I found (which were few & very minor items), and just the same Noman had his best man take care of those items to my satisfaction with no resistance. I have to say I am a very untrusting person when it comes to dealing with subcontractors - but Noman earned my trust. I do also have to admit that I did have a good feeling about dealing with Noman from the start because he had recently completed the replacement of two of my adjacent neighbor's homes - and they also were successful projects, and my neighbors were very happy. Noman's crew took care in protecting our extensive landscaping, making sure all nails & debris were picked up. We have a larger, upscale home with some steep areas, and ours was a complicated roof to do overall. I don't hesitate a second to recommend ARAC, and particularly Noman Iqbal.

Chris was an excellent roofing consultant. Chris came out the same night I contacted the office and was able to give me an estimate right then and there on the spot when no other contractor returned my phone calls. We had one hiccup during the project which was resolved personally by him. Overall it was a 5-star experience. I would definitely recommend using ARAC for any roofing or gutter projects in the future. I will personally ask for Chris by name when I call in again to get my gutters redone!

We kept calling them to report that shingles were not laying down…no response. They did not cork the pipe boots properly or screw them down after installing a new roof. Our point of contact left the company which we were not aware of. Now they are saying they will not reimburse us or pay for repairs needed because it is outside of their 2-year service warranty. They also stated that if they did the basic repairs it would be far more expensive than the current roofer we plan to go with. Plus it took the new roofer to find them to even get in contact with them. I would not recommend this company at all.

Worked with Noman who was very responsive and helped us through the whole process. We had our roof replaced because of wind/hail damage from a recent storm. Noman guided us through the process of talking to the Insurance company and was even here when the inspector arrived to personally show where the damage was. Noman was very patient and polite while waiting for the checks to arrive from the Insurance company and was never pushy or overbearing.

I had a very good experience with Roofitforward. Tim Greene and Norman Iqbal did roof inspection and found damage. When insurance inspector came Tim also came and gave him the pictures that Norman had made during their inspection. The insurance inspector approved roof replace. Roofitforward got crew out did the roof in two day. During the roof installation Tim and Norman came to check progress and talk to me. The installation went well and looks good. I am very pleased and wish to thank both Tom and Norman for their help during the process.

Jimmy and his experienced team provided an excellent service. He provided in-detail information about the installation process, helped in picking out right color and brand for the roof material. He also made sure the team was present early on during day of installation and completed the work on-time. Mark and Richard are both phenomenal and far exceeded expectations in terms of customer service, industry knowledge, and taking care to complete the job fully and completely. The work crews that came out were highly skilled, clean, courteous and fantastic to work with. Highly recommend these two gentlemen, the work crews, the company as a whole! The assessment process was accurately done giving us what the problems were with our roof due to wind damage. In addition, they were able to coordinate well with our insurance company.
I got an excellent overview of the distinguishing features of the quality roof that they were going to replace my old roof with and was given great choices for shingle color.
The crew was here 12 1/2 hours and completed our roof in one day even though we had a very steep roof to deal with. They took care to cover our landscaped yard and worked hard to clean up. Very organized and professional and I noted that they all were very careful about their safety as well as their teammates helping.
This is the first time I watched a roof come off and get reinstalled within a day and I was so impressed with the project management and approach that they all took.
