All contracted work was completed in a timely and professional manner. I understood the cost and process from start to finish with no surprises except that the job came in well under budget! I was initially concerned that we may have had to remove drywall and that costs would soar. Arthur was quick to say that rarely is that needed and to not worry until he had a chance to evaluate. I appreciated that they clearly did not take advantage and do unnecessary work just to line their pockets. I would not hesitate to use this company or recommend them to anyone needing mold removal.

Arthur seemed very honest and kind. He tested a dark area in our attic that we were concerned was mold. After testing he said it didn’t respond the way he would expect mold to and it was likely just staining. I think many other companies would sell us on the expensive service of cleaning the whole attic and changing all the insulation. You’re in a very vulnerable position when you think you may have mold! I’m so grateful we had Arthur come out and check on things. Thank you!

Rob did another exceptional professional job! He has a broad and deep knowledge. He knew the in’s and out’s of how my house is constructed, how to remediate the mold, plus he put in the missing insulation. He also is excellent at explaining things clearly. Mold Free NC was great. They assessed our mold problem quickly (in contrast to ServPro who couldn’t be bothered to call me back) and were able to complete the job the following week. They were very responsive, quite informative, reasonably priced, worked efficiently, provided tips on mold prevention and patiently put up with my endless questions about mold. Were I ever to have another mold problem, I would definitely use them again to take care of it.

We had very good experience with the company. Arthur explained everything in details and took 5 samples from the house and outside. The samples were processed in a lab for one night only! We were lucky to not have any mold but we had Mold Free NC to clean our air ducts and perform duct run treatment. The job was well done. Scheduling was easy and payments were done online which was very convenient. We will definitely consider the same company in the future.

Arthur’s inspection and assessment followed by a timely appointment to clean the HVAC ducts were done efficiently. Arthur and Anthony, both very pleasant, completed the work in the estimated number of hours, were careful in clearing the space around the vents and replacing everything. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Mold Free NC, and I plan to have them return in 5 years to clean the ducts again, or sooner if needed.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Mr. Anderson as well as Julian. They were both very cordial and took much pride in their work. From the first call, I knew these were the right people for the job. From all the rain in September, we had a lot of mold growing in our garage. Arthur answered the phone and set up a time to come out later that day. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Other companies bounced me around and didn't have availability to even look at the garage for a few days or a week+. Arthur got the quote to me quickly and it was very reasonably priced. Scheduling was a breeze. They came out exactly on time, were super friendly and did a great job. Arthur was even there with the team-- I love a leader who does the work! They did a great job, answered my questions, told me to call back with any other questions or if we have problems and most importantly they cleaned the mold-- every surface of the garage. I hope to never have a mold/remediation need again, but if I do, I will call Mold Free NC right away.
